      Was at EXPRESS in ***************************. Aug. 8, 4:23pm. Spent over 20 min in the store (purchased a shirt 4 myself & 1 4 my husband, who was not present). FOUR STAFF yakking, joking, w/one another. NOT ONCE did ANY staff look up, greet me, in ANY WAY WHATSOEVER!When I was at the cash paying, a woman came over, greeted me & said she was the manager. I told her what had happened & she apologized & said she was in the back. I said obviously the staff were SEVERELY UNDERtrained, because there was NO EXCUSE for such NEGLIGENT behavior of ALL the staff.It is my intention to attempt to contact the *** & advise him of this COMPLETELY UNacceptable behavior.

      The horrible customer service explains the declining sales. I am very upset that after being an Express customer for over 10 years, I have to find somewhere else to purchase my suits. I ordered an online only item that did not fit and used my coupon to do so. Apparently, the coupons are one-time use only even in the event of a return. I contacted customer service to obtain another promo code and was told that they are incapable of doing so and basically there's nothing they can do. What a scam!

      Express commenity bank has compromised my financial insurance and after speaking to 4 representatives from ********************************** banking my calls have simply been bounced back and forth with ZERO accountability for the compromise of my financial information including social security, address, bank routing and checking numbers. No one from express retail stores or commenity banking with whom I pay monthly for express can seem to be accountable or offer remote assistance for their own websites being compromised. My checking account was locked tonight. I received a package I did not purchase tnt as well AFTER I was told my data was no longer comprised and the account was closed? Absolutely unacceptable.

      I was a very big fan of Express, but now I'm not. Spoke with customer service over the phone about a return that was bought at a regular store. I was told they would get back to me in 7-10 business days, i even gave them my email and phone number. I never received a call back or an email about my item. I had to call them, and spoke with another gentleman more then 12 days after the initial first call. He told me they couldn't help with my return. I am very displeased and confused with because each person I spoke with told me two different things. I won't recommend their store anymore, and for that item I brought, it might get trashed now. I'm 2-3 hours from an actual store to return it to.

      The BBB did nothing for my situation after ADT has scammed me and created a fraud account. All they did was take some ******** credit that was given to me from adt and looked at it as resolved which it has not.

      I set up an account for a discount. I started getting emails everyday so I wanted that to stop. I scroll down to the bottom of the email and theres no unsubscribe button! I have to tap on view entire message then it shows the unsubscribe button for emails but the issue is that button wont actually unsubscribe you even though it says that it did. I tried blocking and reporting express as spam and that didnt work. It took complaining to their customer service to finally stop receiving emails. Terrible.

      I lost my package and filed a claim with UPS which showed that UPS misplaced my package and is now lost. I contacted Express and they lied on multiple occasions about giving me a refund. After a month of chasing them they tell me that they won't refund me. I am a dentist and make over 500k I don't need your measly $356 dollars back, it's the principle of me never receiving the package. Worst costumer service and company. Will NEVER shop there again, can't be trusted.

      I saw 2 dresses and under the description & price it stated price reflects 70% off I added the 2 dresses to my bag
      the discounted price was not reflected I started to chat with a rep regarding this and was asked to send the item numbers & screenshot of the dresses showing the caption about 70% I did and the rep responded as a 1 time courtesy I could place the order now and would manually apply the 70% off I placed the order and discovered my Express card was not stored I returned to the chat and stated what was going on and asked for a moment because I had to re-add my card info The purchase was completed and the order number was provided but the rep ended the chat I attempted to open
      a new chat that would continue where the original chat convo ended but the chat option all of sudden went offline I called spoke to a Jennifer and explained what happened She requested for me to send her the screenshots She returned to the call and stated the policy on not being able to discount previous purchases I shared that I was told to make the purchase and it would be adjusted She apologized and repeated the policy I stated that this was not right and to cancel my order I asked to speak to a Supervisor
      Joshua came on and repeated to me what Jennifer had shared with her and I explained the situation in my own words She reviewed the chat conversation and repeated the policy 2 times I know the policy and that I did what the original rep instructed and asked how can you adjust a price if you don't make the purchase first She said that she educated me on the policy which I found offensive
      I informed her again of the advertised discount and that this was false advertisement She stated that she had to have this reviewed created a case# stated they will contact me in 3 days I am glad that I took screenshots because I have had similar experiences with Express representatives in the past and I never had proof and this time I proof doesnt matter even after speaking to a supervisor

      I made purchases with a gift card on an item that was found to be out of stock 2 weeks later. I threw the gift card away bc I used the full amount and express says there is nothing they can do. The gift card was used at the time of the purchase so I no longer have it. A rep said they would email a gift certificate and I never received it.

      I purchased a large order (>$1000) from Express online - A portion of the order did not fit as expected, and I tried to return to a local store (within the 30 day window). The store was closing, and they would not accept my return, and happily told me to contact customer service. I chatted online with customer service, provided details of the 8 items I wanted to return, and they told me I would have a shipping label in 2-3 business days. I did not receive it, and chatted with them again about 10 days later. The person in chat advised me to call. I called, and they detailed my return of the 8 items again and told me I would have a shipping label in 2 - 3 business days. A week later, still no shipping label, and I called again - they told me I was outside of the 30 day return window and their was nothing they could do. Passed me to a supervisor, who then told me she did not have the capability to authorize a return, and she would send me to corporate, which would be another 5-8 business days for a response. I tried to follow the return policy, but due to the delays from customer service, I am now outside my window, and they tell me there is nothing they can do. I have called two other stores to help with the return (over 1 hour drive from home) - and they also say they can't help without corporate intervention- I don't know what other options I have, but the order is large enough, I will keep trying to get somebody to help me. How can customer service really not have capability to print a return label? Is this just a scam to push me outside of the 30 day window, so they don't have to take the return?
