      Sent payoff balance payment out on June 27th, now its July 12th and the payment has still not cleared my bank. Low and behold I get another **** for the next payment with their usury interest. Every time I call, we get hung up on. They are just holding the check so they can get more interest and trying to s**** us over. My husband is calling a lawyer. We are tired of these flim, flam operations used by these retail stores!

      My name is *************************. I am a customer of ********************************************* card. Their system has been down for over 2 weeks. Just so happen I made a payment of ******* and then I received a call saying something about fraud. I didn't recognize the number so I didn't respond to them I chose to call the number on the back of my card. I've been getting the same message for 2 weeks "there'snoone to take my call". So long story short my cards are locked for the past two weeks. My payment wasn't reported to the credit agencies. I don't know what to do. There's no one to help me. Bad business practices.

      TERRIBLE!!! I used to have my card with Barclays for years. Great customer service. ******************** bought the portfolio the end of April. I have spent more time with this new bank than I care to say. First of all the interest rate on a small balance is outrageous. I paid the card to only ***** because of a ***** dispute. I had to send in 2 different emails with evidence and then I got sent a letter by them saying they were closing the dispute because they did not have any information on it. I called and talked to a rep. I had printed my emails and evidence. She said the only thing I could do was send it a 3rd time. OMG. Then, they were charging me interest on the 48 $ balance for "purchases" I have not made a purchase since late April due to the switch from Barclays. I had a balance of ***** and they charged me ***** for interest...Also, they charge a few dollars each time to process your payment. WHAT??? So many better cards out there. I won't be using this card again. I am calling the customer service to make sure it is clear and no service fees or other crazy charges will be added. I did not ask for this card. I may have to take a credit hit to cancel it if they charge fees. ALL BECAUSE they bought the portfolio and changed the terms of the card with only about 3 weeks warning. Bad people. And agree with another review, no stars is a better review but you have to put one. That's too bad.

      ZERO stars. This is HANDS DOWN the worst user experience and customer service I have ever received. Actually, I can't say "received" because I have NEVER been able to reach them in 4 months, and I'm not even exaggerating! I have a Floor and Decor store credit card through Comenity Bank, because of the same as cash promotion. Until I logged onto the BBB site I assumed this was a "Floor and Decor" issue. Now, I know that the bank is the joke. Maybe they should call themselves "Comedy Bank".....except, there's really nothing funny about it.

      This the worst bank to deal with. I have ******** secret card with them. Their custom service is horrible. They tell you they waive late fee but I end up paying 2 late fees. I closed my account then they sent me another closed account fee $15. Horrible. Dishonest. Untrained customer service.
