      Last month they had a system that was messed up. They pushed people payment date back til July 8th. Which I paid it on that day because that was the first day that my account FINALLY showed up and I went to the store and paid it in FULL! Well when the next statement was emailed to me it showed a LATE fee!! I have emailed and tried calling the ***** number and it would not go though and when they email me back they were like well you didnt pay when the cut off date was. Really I have a receipt from the Victoria ****** store time stamp at 3:45pm ET. Which is BEFORE 5:00pm ET! BEWARE of this company they will scam you for fees and they wont take ownership of their MISTAKES!!!

      They making it hard to use my credit card because it keeps getting declined and I cant talk to anyone because they keep saying they are working on the problem.

      I have been trying to resolve an issue with Comenity Bank for 7 months. I paid $55.85 on my Maurices credit card through my bank **** pay. I was unaware Maurices had changed their credit service from *********** to Comenity. I only became aware when I kept getting statements and started researching where the check went because I had proof **** was paid. It took 3 letters because they never get anything to finally get some type of response. In the meantime my credit score has been affected and Im still getting statements with late fees. I did speak to ***********, I was told by their representative that the issue should be dealt with bank to bank. I shouldnt be requesting a refund. Granted, *********** Bank never should have deposited the check, it should have been returned. Comenity Bank has seen and acknowledged the proof it was paid but is still billing me monthly along with late fees. I have asked to speak to a manager, spoke to a supervisor who transferred me to *********** AFTER I told her I had spoken to them. I have written Comenity AGAIN, enclosed proof of payment and a copy of the letter I sent to ***********. I also copied my Comenity letter to ***********. It has been a nightmare. I feel like Comenity is trying to extort money because they know it was paid.

      I'VE ATTEMPTED TO CALL EVERY DAY FOR A WEEK. HELD ON THE LINE FOR 30MIN EACH TIME CONSTANTLY BEING TOLD ALL REPRESENTATIVES WERE BUSY. I PAID MY **** OFF OVER A MONTH AGO YET I'M STILL INCURRING CHARGES. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND

      A poor service for JJILL account. Always pay full balance on time to avoid interest and penalties which are avaricious , in my opinion. i finally went on holiday after covid and missed my payment by seven days. Called jjill credit card services and asked then M to review my spending and payments on time in full save this one occassion. They agreed to take the $28 penalty charge off. I over paid the next **** early before it was billed or due , estimated with the $28 deducted, only to receive a **** for $2 because the $28 was not deducted as agreed. It is impossible to reach a JJill commenity bank representative by telephone. I have a **** card that gives me cash back and get cash back each month so i am considering cancelling the JJill card if this is not resolved quickly. Since I can contact no one how can it be resolved?I can pay $2 but my experience with JJill is tainted by this experience with comenity bank. ****************.

      I have been trying to reach Comenity Bank in regards to a credit card payment that I made on July 2, 2022. The payment was due on July 3, 2022, so I made the payment a day earlier. On July 3, I was looking at my bank statement to make sure the payment was posted, and to my surprise Comenity Bank had also withdrawn another $30 payment from my account without my approval. I have been calling the ###-###-####, and no "live" agent to talk to about this. This is very frustrating, because two payments were made and when I listen to the transaction history, only one payment is recorded on their end which is inaccurate. I have my bank statement copies to prove and to dispute the unapproved charge. I just want this resolved. I will NEVER get another credit card through Comenity once I pay this off in a few months.

      DO NOT use this bank!! Theyre the worst bank I have ever had to deal with! Charged me $30 for no reason and refused to refund my account! I have talked to every non speaking English person they have and are a bunch of idiots!! Beware!!

      Their planned system upgrade went sideways and their site has been non-functioning for three weeks, unheard of for a credit card servicer website. No one is picking up the phones, this needs to be reported to banking business governing body. Can't access account to make payments, report card lost or stolen, it's just pathetic.

      Comenity fails in accuracy recording payments received as well as no customer service. I paid the ******************** charges electronically on 30 June and my bank shows the payment was delivered to Comenity on 1 July **** -- three days before due. My most recent Comenity statement shows that payment as an unpaid previous balance and charges me a $30 late fee. I cannot reach a customer care associate -- I have called three times and been disconnected each time. I tried to send a Secure Message to Comenity and that service seems to have failed as well.

      They were out of service and now Im being charged a late fee and my credit score has been affected. Do not open an account with Comenity!
