      Months ago, I paid off my entire balance and cancelled my card. (I had to say over six times I was sure I wanted to close my account and was met with attitude over the phone for this betrayal) I received an email saying I had a balance. I called and in a matter of minutes the amount owed from the email then from the automated phone system then finally to speaking to an actual human kept going up and up and up. The previous agent told me I would be done when I made my final payment. He never ever mentioned any remaining interest. I had no choice but to pay because it would continue to accrue interest. THIS COMPANY IS SLIMY, SHADY, & PREDATORY!

      To Whom It May Concern,This has been the worst experience Ive ever had with a credit card account. Fraud was detected on my account, and although I promptly provided verification documents to confirm my identity, my accounts were still ********* a result, my credit was negatively impactedespecially since I had three active accounts with your company. Additionally, an unauthorized user was added to my ********************** without my knowledge or permission, and I was never provided any information regarding who this individual was.I find this level of mishandling deeply concerning and unacceptable. The lack of transparency and the actions taken without my authorization suggest severe flaws in your security and customer service practices.

      This Bank is bad to deal with they took over the credit card from ******** and i have never been late but they said if i don't use the card they would close the account so i used it not by a lot but i never got a bill from them the used transunion and reported i was late i never got a bill and i am never late when i get a bill i pay it no bill how i ave dig on my credit report as being late when i never got a bill how are you to pay someone when you don't have a bill they have a er poor system

      Due to website down, don't have entire card number bc they only show last 4 , honest mistake never paid a **** *** due but due to circumstances I was able to pay 5:36 pm after dispute they said it had to be posted by 5 pm. Well I did it as soon as I could. Honest mistake and person. Asked to please adjust if late fees bc I guess it posted the next day well now bc in next billing cycle they are adding another late fee. Late fee for the late fee in bull that was paid in full 36 minutes late. I understand the late fee process but your telling me to keep a customer they couldn't adjust off the fees let me know not going to do this again and move on. Nope power trip. Gonna keep applying fees they said I'm responsible for. I just think this is so wrong. What is wrong with people today. I can see if I made partial payment or no payment. I'm disputing this and going through BBB I'm so tired of people and businesses in this country being so disheartful. ESP when I know people that get in debt and spend and cry and they get fees waved and money knocked off their account and I can't even get late fees waved and the late fee for late fee waved over honest mistake. I'm just so disgusted.

      If I could leave a zero star review I would. I will admit I was late making a payment however they called my mother regarding this matter. Shame on you for scaring an elderly woman about the debt of one of her children. Im 26 years old for reference and she isnt and has never been an authorized signer on my account. I dont even know how they got her number. Shame on you!

      First their answering machine repeats itself and does not get you to where you need. Then someone finally answers the phone and hangs up on once but twice. Then you get ****** and she has standard phrases to delay and cause you to not call back. I will use this card for the last time. I let you know we are traveling and you block ALL traveling expenses and then you use the card it get blocked and you have to talk to the answering machine and the at 8:00 central get told offices are ********** are so irritated by the time you get to someone. Then they treat you like you unimportant and if you do not have all the time they need you can call back and go through the answering machine.

      Comenity Bank did an UNAUTHORIZED credit inquiry for an Ulta MC that I NEVER requested. IT'S FRAUD. And now I have to contact all 3 credit bureaus and this not only a complete hassle, I would have to believe it is illegal. I found out from alerts from 3 of my banks. How dare they? And make my credit score go down. I want to file EVERY complaint I can. There is no customer service to speak to, its all automated and does not give you the simple option of speaking to a customer service agent. The government needs to intervene and close down these banks.And they only got one start because you have to select something to leave this review.

      Got an acadamy card for $250 used it once they flagged it for fruad. ** have paid the entire card off twice, git a bipp Today say8ng wr owe $650. They habe no record. Afrwr hou5s of searching for q workinb numbwr got a very rude indiaj call centet fellow . Nevr ever use this bank at all

      I recently sent in a payment in full for this account for $2016.60, back in mid March. They kept claiming they did not received, but my bank stated that cashed the cashiers check on 4/2. After multiple calls they finally sent me a letter via mail/message center to state all was received and credited to my acct. Fast forward to yesterday, I check my acct and the balance is back up to $1933.01. I called and apparently one of their employees had intercepted my check and forged/endorsed and applied to another account that. Comenity voided and returned my check to my bank to refund me on 5/6. However, I never received any notification that all of this was happening. Thank God I check my accts everyday. They customer service *****. You have to submit everything on their online message board, and then wait ***** days to get a response or update. The dispute department doesn't even have a phone number you can call, or corporate number. I have been in touch with my bank and they are going to let me know when they receive the returned check. I advised the Comenity *** that I better not see any late fees or additional charges or I will be seeking counsel. They are negligent in every possible way. I am a good customer who pays on time and was just trying to pay off my balance. Once this has been resolved I will be closing my account! This is robbery! Will all the negative reviews, this company should be put "OUT OF BUSINESS"!!!!!!
