      Recieved a letter about an application I supposedly sent for an academy sports credit card that I supposedly applied for. One problem I didnt apply for any credit card. Upon calling the number I found online the lady asked if I was comfortable sharing my S.S. Card number. When I said I wasnt comfortable she hung up. Seemed like a fishing scene to me. Very odd for sure

      Absolute terrible customer service. The workers on the phone as well as their managers. I have had to call a few times over different transactions. All pertaining to making payments. I have a perfect payment history with my credit and this is super frustrating I first had an issue when I tried to make a payment past 5pm. Granted I didnt know that I would be penalized as well as be charged because I was making a payment over the phone. They gave me a ***** period and waved the penalty. But still had to pay the fee tea amount over the phone. Thats fine. Wasnt happy but at least I know now Recently contacted them for a late payment called again to resolve the issue. At this point I wanted to set up automatic payments so this will never happen again. I also had opened the app so I can use it as need be. 2 months later another late payment email was sent to me. I called to dispute it and I was told automatic payments were not set up. I asked to talk to a manager and got a supervisor. They said the same and also told me that they show no record of me ever calling them. Which isnt true. They again would wave the payment . Wouldnt let me set up automatic payments over the phone and continued to give me the run around. I again asked for a manager. They said they were glad to help. As I was being transferred I was disconnected. I will never use this bank again. The phone operator do not help. They lie and when talking to a supervisor you will not get any help what so ever. I ended up paying the full amount of almost 900 dollar. Which I was trying to pay 100 a month. And I had to pay the late fee as well as the over the phone fee again. Terrible company terrible customer service terrible management

      I received a privacy disclosure mail from Comenity ************ detailing how they share my private information and whether I want to opt in or out of it. But the issue is that I DO NOT have any account with them nor have I never applied for any of their credit cards. When I googled to see if others have a similar case as mine, I found out that others have also received a rejection letter out of the blue when they haven't applied for one. I called the company and I was told to disregard the mail I received. No one was able to answer why I got the mail that has my personal detail in the first place. I do not know how they got my full name and address details. There must be some serious deficiency with how this company collects and uses customer information.

      This bank is absolutely terrible. I hold an academy sports and outdoors credit card with them and it is the worst store card experience I have ever had. The payment system is horrible and never works, however they charge you $9 to go through a representative, whom doesnt even speak clear English. I would just make my payments online but the online system rarely works either! I have also only used the card in store twice- both times it didnt work and I had to hold up the line so that the cashier could call and make the payment with my social security number, complete trash. Do not get a card through comenity bank!

      Awful website for Ulta credit card. Very frustrating trying to log in and pay balance check activity etc.

      Poor communication, details of ********************** is difficult to get a hold of or find at all.When I got to around $260 left on my plan I was charged 300% interest due to the promotional plan ending which was the only one I was allowed to sign on for at all. Now I am almost at $1,000 in debt with them again with a plan that will continue charging a third of that debt every statement. Their services are designed to trap people by being as difficult to get a hold of as possible & hoping you can't afford to outright pay the entire amount before they overcharge you. I have already paid twice the initial medical bill which was due to an emergency. I will be trying to gather enough funds to file legal action when able. At the very least right now all I can do is share my ***************** others don't fall for their predatory practices.

      Horrible dealing with any representative from here. Have been lied to. Was told to stop making payments on an account since it was in dispute from a business that put a charge on my credit with out my consent. Since comenity representative from off shore (they were working at home) in another country told me stop making payments and that nothing would be marked as late payments,interest,late fees would not happen since it was in dispute. Well...this did not happen. From a balance of a little over $200 it is now close to $2000!!!! When you call them you always get someone "off shore" you have to ask to speak to someone U.S. based and be transferred. Then you get another person working remotely from home (I could hear her dogs barking) lol. Awful to deal with. Beware dealing with them also very high interest rates. This has stressed me out completely I am a disabled senior. Terrible.

      Do not use this bank. they are very difficult to work with. I wanted to pay off my loan and they would not accept a check by mail only my checking account online. They held onto my check for 2 months until I called and raised a fuss - then they told me they could not accept the check I had sent and I had to wait until the end of the month for them to send the check back to me. So they had my check for 3 months and they did not reach out to me. I am still waiting on them to send it back to me.

      This bank is nothing less than predators, I bought a big sofa set at big lots, they couldn't bring it in my home because it was too big, so I returned it back to big lots, right after two month they sent me a bill for about $600 interest plus monthly payment, I called them a docen of times and when from so called managers to managers didn't solved nothing them they sent a report to the credit bureau to hurt my credit, so they made me pay $900 money that they stole from me.

      Poor customer service. Our last payment was due on a holiday so banks were closed. We were able to get some money transferred and made the payment on the due date (Jan 1) but it was after 5:00 so it posted on the 2nd and we were charged a late fee. We spoke with 3 customer service **** and the best they could offer was a $15 credit. So ridiculous. We had made 12 on time payments prior to that one and they acted as if they couldnt help us out due to a holiday conflict. Poor service
