      horrible customer service, keeps sending me to ********** services, ulta keeps sending me back to bank. the 2 are intersected in my complaint which is why this is so complex. the bank crashed on or before 6/27/22. this crash influenced the number of points i should have received .the **** was twice as high as the amount i was given credit for the points i received. i have emailed ulta guest services 10 times between 7/14 and 7/31. i spoke with a supervisor twice. the second time was 7/20 when she informed me that my case was sent to an escalated review . haven't heard anything back since then other than to tell me over and over in emails that my case is in escalated review. i am sure that if i had not paid my **** while waiting for closure i would be hassled to pay it. i paid it before due date and i am being ignored, ghosted and gaslighted.

      I have a ******** **** *** rewards card and I have fraudulent charges in excess of $7500 on my account that needs be addressed and got through after 5 hours of being on hold and rediredtions to have them send me a new card. The problem is that more charges have been placed on the account and I tried calling them again only to be placed on hold, get an answer then saying that I called the wrong number and redirects me again to be placed on hold again for another 2 hours again, get another person to redirect me to the fraud department, then get an answer only to put me back on hold then hang up. I did this multiple times and still have got to no one. Fraud is a serious thing on credit cards and now they want me to pay a huge sum for my monthly payment and never did anything with the fraud charges yet. Ever since Bread Financial took over, you can not access your account online at all, and you can not get through to anyone. This is such poor business and customer service ad in e mean time my total charges keep on going up since they did not lock the account.

      I paid $1,500.00 on 06/18/22 and I have paid my account in full with Petland Comenity on my 07/15/22. Since June 18th, the correct amount has not reflected on my credit report. I have called Petland multiple times, twice on Tuesday, July 26th and three times on July 30th. Each time I have called, I have requested a paid in full letter to report to my credit bureau and each time the representative would ask me for an email, fax, or mailing address to send the letter to. I have yet to receive any letters from email, mail, or fax.. the representative advised I would receive the letter in 1-2 hours. I have gotten the run around for an entire month and no one in the Petland Comenity office seems to have answers. This amount should have been updated in my credit report over a month ago, yet the credit report shows the account still has an outstanding balance. I then disputed this account with Experian and Credit Karma & am waiting for Petland Comentiy to provide updated information to the bureaus. This is ridiculous because if the customer was late on their ****, it would be sent to collections immediately but these companies are allowed to get away with fraud.

      Horrible customer service long holds and still no answers. I have called multiple times about my rewards for my Elite card and been given the runaround and told I'm sorry. I was told they would get back to me via email over a week ago. This time when I called because that didn't happen a manager just said they have a new system and he can't help me. Which I heard before. This is unacceptable I will be paying off and canceling this card. There is really no reason to use it without the rewards when I have better options.

      Buyer Beware: I would strongly advise against ever doing business with this company. First, they will charge you fees that are not notated in the initial agreement. Second, the customer service is by far some of the absolute worst I have ever dealth with. They do not speak clearly, you are on hold for a very long time, and then when you do finally speak to a person, they are incompetent and every one of them I have dealt with in the four years I had an account with does nothing to help you! They simply rattle off something generic that does nothing to help truly answer your questions or help you. Finally, I requested reimbursement from them involving an item I was charged for and never received. They did nothing. I proved the issue with documentation and they still refused to issue me a refund for the amount.Truly, one of the worst companies I have ever done business with. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

      I am writing this letter to submit a formal complaint on a supervisor I spoke today, July 27th at 11:33am (EST).I called *************** to speak with someone about my Ulta Rewards credit card account and I ended up having to be transferred to a supervisor. The supervisor I spoke with was EXTREMELY rude and I am honestly speechless that the call was handled the way it was. I asked this lady what her name was in which she responded with *************** I then asked for her first name and she proceeded to tell me that she doesnt have a first name. I asked her for her employee ID # and she told me she doesnt have that either. I asked her what else I could use to identify her and she again advised me, ***************.I asked to speak with her manager and she told me that she didnt have one. I know that is not true, as everyone has a manager. She then later indirectly admitted that she does have a manager but that I am not able to speak with that person. I originally called in about a late fee that was supposed to be removed from my account after me paying off my balance on May 26th, 2022. The late fee was not ever removed and therefore I received another late fee on top of the first late fee. I was just calling to see about getting that removed and had to unfortunately deal with this awful supervisor. She kept talking over me, kept repeating herself, her responses to me were SO UNPROFESSIONAL and she hung up on me! I have never talked to someone who was as rude as her, especially a SUPERVISOR who works in customer service! I myself have worked in a customer service call center for 11 years so I know firsthand that this behavior is NEVER acceptable. I am so disappointed in Ulta Rewards credit card center that I will be closing my account so I never have to be treated with such disrespect again. I have never in my life written a formal complaint to any company, so that should tell you how rude and unprofessional this supervisor is treating your customers.

      Do not get this card ******************* unless you like throwing your money away. . I tried to pay this credit card off $3000 and pay the finance charge of $149.00 they send me another **** for $51.67 on 7-25-22 calling it finance charges. They are in the business to charge you finance charges so find another credit card if you must that fee is not so high.

      Horrible customer service. Rude and treats you like a low class person if you get a late payment. They moved locations and blamed my bank for one day late. I had no balance except late fee then they tacked on another. DO NOT deal with them.

      The alphaeon has many issues with their website and they stated on their own account. Their system was made to keep late fees for any reason they want. No indication of payment being made. You look at your bank account and says my payments good. But get a late fee because they experience longer time then usual for money to get held for processing. Amongst other reasons. I cant ever get notice of their website saying auto payment it says you can only do auto paying at a certain time but thats not clear it keeps saying pay before date and after this date to confuse you. And 100 more reasons.
