      After six months trying to retrieve my 401k it took over 20 phone calls, Multiple ************* excuses to get my money.Its been one of the Worse company I had to dealth with even wrote to ceo never got back to me.

      Pet insurance policy was in force for 5 years at $900.00 annually. This year the annual price was doubled to$1650.00. When I called about the huge premium increase I was told this policy is not being not being offered any longer because it doesnt make any money. Those of us who have the policy will have to pay the huge increase to keep it, nationwide would not tell me how much the policy would increase in the future. Nationwide created and sold this product to consumers then found out it was a unable to make a profit and will continue to raise the rates until consumers cant afford the premium any longer. Spoke to customer support and was told pay, change to a different policy or cancel it. Prices should be allowed to increase at a fair percentage,ie 10% not a 90% increase in one year

      Had a Nation wide customer hit my trailer which was parked. Nice guy called nationwide to report, things moved along, claims agent (*****) said to my.. why would you fix that? Sorry *****.. new this trailer is over $100.000 by the way, it was a small claim($2500.00) ***** agreed to pay mileage to and from the repair facility. Sent receipts for fuel and photos time stamped to show mileage on my truck to deliver and pick-up trailer plus Im not even adding in my 2 days off of work to take care of a problem I didnt create. Its only $275.00 where is *****.. no return calls no replace to emails.. now Im getting no response from a supervisor Been 90 day since accident.Looking for help to resolve

      Started out I had a slab leak, for which the customer service rep was very helpful. After repairing the sewer system, I was told it would have to settle for 6 months before foundation repair. After 6 months, I reached out and was passed from one rep to another to another. The last one is worthless. No return phone calls or emails. Says he didn't get them, but miraculously knows what the quote I sent was for. They sent their structural engineer out, and then tell me they will pay one quarter of the quote. When I inquired about an attached sunroom, I was told that it was my problem, even though I have coverage on additional buildings. Now I can't schedule repairs without a downpayment, for which they of course say they sent. So frustrated with this crappy service!

      I was turned over to a collection agency for a **** by ex-husband owed. I provided all information to prove I did not have ANY ownership in the home during the time in question. I was the primary holder of the policy when the policy was generated so I am on the hook and I have been reported to the credit bureau. Long story short policy is policy with these people not matter what. I tried to clear it up with Nationwide and the collection agency, Nationwide stance was it has been turned over to collections, the collection agency stance was this is the information that was sent by Nationwide. It is an unbelievable nightmare,

      I am customer of ******************************************************************** 9 years for my houses and cars too .I trusted Nationwide and when my house for rent damaged by fire 03-19-2022.They solved very fast .************************************ helped me for this claim.He was very nice .I speak English not well and very limit .They explained clearly by translator .I did not wait too long to have setlement .I really want tell a lot about my gratitue but my english is limit,i am very appreciate their company and ************************************.After that,I recomended all my friends,my familly tranfer their insurance company to Nationwide .Nationwide insurance is the best ????
