      I am so discouraged with the claims adjuster I have. Her name is ******************* . I am trying to get my car fixed and she is very short with me, my car was wrecked on June 16 2022 and I reported it June 27 (yes it wad delayed but they accepted the claim) Tell me why it's August 23 2022 and I STILL have no information on if my car is going to be fixed. This is completely uncalled for . I feel like I am talking to the **** wall. I've tried reaching upper management but they had called me back once to tell me a rental car isn't covered because it wasn't on my insurance coverage (which that's okay). My concern is, is that I am not being treated the way I should. It's been almost 2 months.

      We recently had our homeowners policy after 20 years canceled by Nationwide. They said this was due to having two claims within a year. We were told to file claims separately for the same remodel issue at their direction. My husband has tried to have resolved as it has caused us harm in getting coverage which is pretty amazing since we always paid in advance and were good customers.

      HORRIBLE. I wish I could give ZERO STARS. I have had my house insured with them for over 7 year. Ive never filed a claim. Recently I had sudden water damage to a bathroom. It needed emergency water mitigation and was demo-*** Its now been 23 days and nothings happen*** Ive left over 10 messages to my adjuster (***************). Hes called me back 5 times. He told me theyd have a decision on 2 separate days and nothing happen*** He also told me my claim was approved and I had the go ahead and then retracted it 30 minutes later. I feel like Im getting the run around and they are unprofessional and acting in bad faith. STAY AWAY FROM NATIONWIDE.

      Worst insurance company ever. Put in a claim back in May and did not hear from anyone for 2 months. My claim was review, test were taken as well as pics for the damage. There was never any updates on their web-site of anything. Tried to get hold of my agent and it took weeks to get back to me after several calls. I was told I would have to take care of the damages myself and they had someone come out and lift up my carpet and left it like that. I asked for a manager to call me and well that never happened either. The company they used to clean up the damage to my carpet was Jordan ************ They told me they would come back and repair my carpet but never did.

      I think they charge premium prices for very subpar services at best I tried to filed a claim through my local agency and they just Told me to call a 1 800 number to file my claim and then haven't heard anything in over 2 months Meanwhile my roof has leaks In multiple spots. until I finally called the Customer relations department Received a call from a man He then told me he would like to apologize it looks like it's been a long time and that he will try and reach out to my agent so they can rectify this. Needless to say after almost 2 months of waiting the agent finally called. And tried to apologize and talk her way out of it. Unprofessional company I hope to find a better agent after these experiences conclude. ************ Didn't say much about auto That is just over priced insurance at its best they are good for taking our money And making us wait for service when we need help. It is in my opinion that Nationwide is NOT on your side

      Someone stole my moving truck and the adjuster from nationwide they put on my case and her manager have been slow to respond to emails and questions or just non responsive. They have handled this situation with no professionalism and sense of urgency knowing that we lost EVERYTHING we owned except for the bag of clothes we moved with.

      They have been playing games and lying to me few weeks now. If I look on my profile my contact information is correct, and they've contacted me on my cell phone previously. Now all of a sudden they have the wrong number. They also have my email address, but wouldn't make the effort to use it. I spoke to a manager and he just made excuses. At this point I'm over this company. I've had this policy for almost 10 years. I've had my cell phone number for over 10 years.

      We have auto insurance with Nationwide that includes roadside assistance. My wife's battery died so we called the number listed. We were sent a text connecting to an APP. The app connects with a 3rd party roadside assistance. The app showed the tow truck driver had arrived within 5 minutes but in fact no-one arrived for another 15 minutes. We called the number listed and were told by the agent there currently were no available drivers under the Nationwide contract and that there was no telling when there would be one. When I complained we received a call-back saying they were responding to our "emergency" request and would send a driver in ***** minutes. 45 minutes later another call to the 3rd party roadside assistance informed us it would be another ***** minutes. We called a friend with jumper cables and were up and running in 10 minutes.Just as frustrating, the ways listed by Nationwide to file a complaint internally ( phone, email, o-line) are all dead ends.

      Nationwide is not on your side. Tried to charge me $1657 for a 4-vehicle policy each month because my 16yo son had an accident. They totaled out his car at just 25% of the value of the car and then canceled our policy. I would never recommend them to anyone.
