  This has to be the worst moving company around. I’ve dealt with so much unprofessionalism in my life. They came late the day of pick up no notice at all. Then they sent the smartest dumbest can’t see but knows everything *******. My stuff was supposed to be delivered on 9/29/23 and I have an email from ***** ******** saying it would be delivered on 10/1/ 23 needles to say I’m still sitting on the floor after they charged me 3900 extra for a total of 6gs and something and still have nothing. At this point I think they have my stuff at their house. They don’t deserve a star but you have to leave one.

  This company is a rip- off beware! At first you are going to hear from someone naked "*********". She will talk to you everyday and give you a low price. When they arrive my quite went up by $700.00 dollars. Then the team game began. They played games with the delivery time,
  The driver lied and said he made appointment he did not.
  Said he called and now tue famous " *********"' wa nowhere to be found. I still waiting for a delivery time. amd now have to take off work.

  They told all my expense perfume.... stole 12 new peloton weights....broke a lot of items...the legs off a dresser... etc... Was nice enough to tell me to put a claim and then offer me 175.00.. my total moved started at a little over 5000.00... on the day came to move me it went up 3000.00... what can you do.... I paid close to 8,000.00. After I challenged their offer... they have not responded... they are horrible... they tell you a price over the phone... go room by room but when the day comes when you back is against the wall... they increase the price... just pay for the stuff you stole and broke.... way more then 175.00...answer my emails/calls

  Absolute thuggery! This company should be disqualified from ever doing business in this country ever again!
  Two days before they were to load our items they called to tell us they would not be there until a day after our contract specified. WE NEEDED to be out of the house the date they were contracted to pick up our house full of items! We pushed back due to the fact we would now be living in the purchasers house as it was no longer ours. THEY TOLD US TO GET ANOTHER MOVING COMPANY IF WE DIDN"T LIKE THEIR CHANGE OF DATE. They told us this TWO DAYS PRIOR! Are you fricking kidding me? What a sham!
  We requested an additional day from the new owner to have our items stay at the house. We ended up trading two TV's for the privilege of doing so. They agreed (thank you so much) as they were not moving in until the weekend but had planned to paint two rooms prior to taking up residency.
  They "moved" us from MA. to FL. Halfway through loading the foreman started upcharging for items that they said were not included in the original quote. From the paperwork we had we were well under the amount of items quoted, but not to the foreperson. It is a scam to increase cost and hold us hostage to the situation. We had to go to the bank to get an additional $600 in cash to get them to continue to load the truck. Talk about a hostage situation! It was unlike anything I'd been up against in my life, total helplessness. It was amazing to say the least! Twighlight Zone stuff!
  Our belongings arrived three months later. I was told my cabinet had been damaged, torn out casters replaced with a moving dolly to get it to roll at all many other items damaged as well.
  We formulated a list and sent them two certified letters stating our displeasure and requesting their damage policies' or insurance information. Both letters were returned, of course they were!
  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!

  I am happy I chose this company. The movers were cautious and quick. They even assisted me with some box unpacking. I found the foreman Jose to be quite impressive as he was well-organized and ensured a seamless move. I'm not easily impressed by people but these guys were actually good - not your average movers. I don’t know if I was lucky but all my possessions arrived safe and intact and entire process was as smooth as it could be

  Let me tell you, this moving company totally impressed me. The sales guy who helped me out was real patient and answered all my questions. They gave me a free estimate too, and it was actually pretty affordable! On moving day, the movers showed up right on time. Get this - they even helped me pack up some boxes. And they were so careful with all my stuff, it was awesome. The foreman had this whole system for getting everything organized and it made the move go super smooth. Honestly, if you're looking for a reliable, decently priced moving crew, I'd say go with these guys. From what I saw, they're solid. Worth checking out for sure!

  Honestly, my best moving experience. If I had seen the rating on BBB I would never call, but this company was recommended by a trusted friend so I am glad I trusted them. My move went smoothly as it could be. When I called first I talked to Natalie, she walked me through the details and gave me the estimate (which was a lot but still better than the other 2 companies I called). So, long story short we agreed on the day, the day before they called, confirmed, gave me a time when they will show up (3-hour window), showed up (in time!), packed my stuff, and drove off into horizon :) I didn't have my apt in NYC ready yet, so they stored my stuff for 2 weeks, delivered and unpacked it. Can't be happier. I wish all things in life could be solved with money. I highly recommend at least calling them and talking and not just trusting reviews (that are probably posted by competitors)

  DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT use this company!!!!! They pick up stuff and you never hear from them again!!! Picked stuff up over a week ago and then kept our stuff in a unit never contacted us as to when stuff would be delivered!!!!! Can’t get anyone to call back with status..they are AWFUL!!!!!!! NEVER use them !!!!!!!

  Extortion is what this company is about. Lying *******! Threatened, intimidated and coerced me. I have never written a bad BBB review and I am so mad that I have to warn people to stay away from this company. Signed a contract that said I could pay with a credit card and then they insisted on cash or they would keep my furnishings until I paid cash. Left the job before moving everything into my storage unit and demanded more money for things I had specified in the contract. Please believe me - don’t go through the stress and aggravation that I did!

  We appreciate your business and your feedback. However, we reject the derogatory remarks about our company. Our payment schedule and acceptable methods of payment are clearly explained and highlighted in your signed agreement. We extend a sincere apology for any confusion/misunderstanding regarding this matter.
  At no time did we demand more money for things that were already specified in the agreement.The charges for additional volume and services that you added on move day were explained to you line by line, by the foreman of your moving crew upon arrival to your home on move day, with your family member present. All charges were agreed to and signed for by you.
  As for the items left in front of your storage unit at delivery; this only happened because you insisted that the moving crew stack your items inside the unit in your own specific manner, against their professional recommendation. The foreman of the moving crew advised you before unloading that if they followed your directions of how to stack things inside the unit, the items were not going to fit inside the unit. Additionally, the foreman reminded you that it was Sunday and the storage office was closed, meaning that if the items didn't fit, there would be no way to get an additional storage unit until the following day. Lastly, the foreman informed you that if this occurred, the items would be left outside of your storage unit, because the crew could not stay overnight. Despite the warning and recommendation, you insisted that we stack things your way, and the foreman obliged. This is why the items were placed neatly outside your storage unit.
