      I paid off my acct in full 15 days ago - payment has been taken out of my acct and my acct balance still shows as pending with klarna. There is an automated payment that is coming up and i am pissed! **************** told me to continue to wait!!!!! Unacceptable and will never use them again! Suma was no help at all!

      ************ says it sent my order for a 11x11 Hot Tub Enclosure. I paid over 3k for it. It was never delivered. But it is marked as delivered on 6/18/2022. Klarna says contact merchant but you cannot as their email never responded back. Klarna settled with merchant. They are ripping me off as no one really helps you. Customer service is no help and expect to be on hold for hours. Do not use these merchants or Klarna.

      Very disappointed today when trying to make a purchase and they all of a sudden changed their purchase policy without notifying customers. I have over $1000 in buying power and Im not allowed to use it because they changed a policy within hours. I opened a chat and asked customer service what was going on and they couldnt tell me anything other than Klarna can change a policy whenever they want to and that will affect your ability to use the service no matter your purchase power or how good of a customer you have been WITHOUT notice. I think this is terrible because I use the service rather than credit cards and pay off what I spend in the time they allow. Never have I ever had an issue until today without explanation.

      Klarna **************** is a disaster. I purchased concert tickets through ticketmaster buy now/pay later. The concert was cancelled. ************ refunded Klarna in 5 days. That was on July 8th. My claim has been so called escalated 3 times. No timetable for returns. Typical runaround 1-2 days specialist will reach out. Phone and chat services are the same please be patient ***. These organizations make enough money off of people they could at least afford a decent customer service team. Never again.

      I made payments through Klarna for concert tickets. The concert was canceled and I never received a refund. I contacted the ticket company and it was actually refunded to Klarna in March. Its July and if I never went back and contacted them I never wouldve even known Klarna was the company I had to contact instead. So I call and my refund was stuck and would be processed then I would receive my refund in 1-4 business days. Its been 2 weeks now and theyre still escalating it and working on it. Then I would still have to wait longer for it to process and someone will reach out to me when its done being escalated

      This company is terrible! I ordered something online and when I went to pick it up in store they didnt have it in stock there for I never spent the money Klarna provided and yet Im still stuck with the payments. I have provided them with the proof they asked for and still nothing! It is ok though because I promise I will win in court!

      Klarna has horrible customer service. I purchased an item that was delivered defective and had to be sent back to the seller for a return. The seller processed the return and alerted Klarna in just a few days, and Klarna has not refunded the purchase to me it has been 6 weeks. Chat support on the app gives general non-answer times of 1-2 business days, 3-4 business days, but nothing ever happens. When the the support representative offers to escalate the refund to a specialist, the app indicates that a specialist will contact you in 1-2 days. After 6 days, I called Klarna phone support and was told that there is NO time frame on claims sent to specialists because it is just an endless queue of refunds that need to be manually processed when the automated system fails. I have no idea if or when Klarna will issue my refund. This is a horrible way to do business.

      I realized the highest **** I had this year was Klarna every week paying almost $100 my buying power was in such good standing I had went up to $2,000 I was injured at work things got a little difficult I got behind on a couple of payments but at the end of the day they got paid my balance is zero and so is my buying power I keep asking them when will my buying power go back up... nothing I have a special event coming up and I would like to purchase something but I can't it's like there is no loyalty all this money I have spent with you by meaningless things just because I could and then when I actually do need something I can't get it it's so messed up I definitely feel like an idiot even using this company there is no customer appreciation
