I was told that the service was quarterly and i would on be charged 70 for applications. I was signed up for a 70 monthly 2 year subscribtion. No mention was made of the 2 year contract or monthly payments. I had to pay 300 to get out of the contract. I feel the salesman was intentionally misleading because of my age.Business Response

On 8/6/2024 a representative of Greenix came to the door, opened the screen door and tried turning the door handle. My three middle school children were home and were all scared. One called me while another called the police. After realizing the door was locked, the employee walked around the house spraying chemicals, including around my organic garden beds. My boyfriend got home while he was still on the premise prior to the police. The guy stated there was a contract. I have owned this house for one year and 8 months. I did not sign up or pay for service. He said the previous owner had service. When my boyfriend called the customer service number, the initial employee claimed that there was never service at this address. A police report was filed and I also called customer support where I was told that the previous owner did have service. However, I never approved any person on my property or to spray chemicals around my house and the fact that he jiggled the handle is outrageous. I want reimbursement for the plants, loss of organic produce and time.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:despite having a claim opened for nearly a week, I have not gotten anywhere with the company to get closer to a resolution. They are trying to state that the employee didnt spray my plants. Their website specifically states that they spray 3 up and 3 out from the foundation of the house. My garden beds are within that limit and I have sent pictures proving this to be the case. Additionally, airborne and soil contamination from being so close is absolutely a concern. My garden is organic and *** worked very hard and invested a lot of time and money to feed my family organic vegetables, fruits and herbs.

When they come out to sell you the service it's a lie from that point on. I feel totally ripped off and lied too. When they come out the most time they spend is walking to your door then they walk around your house and leave. What a scam this company should be ashamed.Business Response

They came out for flea and tick removal. They charged me but did a horrible job. Still being attacked by fleas. The charged me for the service and then charges me for cancelling the account. I want a refund for both.Business Response

They DID NOT do anything. They refused to do the basement and attic. When we got home we were covered with fleas. We hired another company and they did get rid of the fleas. They even said the previous company did nothing.

While we acknowledge and empathize with ********** concerns, our stance on the matter has not waivered. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund to the extent of ********** request due to services being rendered. On July 23rd, ******** enrolled in a 12-month agreement for ****, Tick, ******** services. Due to the agreement being closed prematurely, she was charged an early termination fee. We have refunded the early termination fee in the amount of $249.00. On August 4th a greenix door to door solicitor rang our doorbell. He introduced himself and I asked him to provide his village issued solicitor's permit which by our ordinances he is required to do. He did not have one, I informed him of our village ordinance requirements and told him he cannot legally solicit door to door without one snd that if he continued that I would call law enforcement. He told me that he would go up the street to retrieve his car and leave. 10 minutes later I saw him approach a neighbor's home, I asked him if he was testing me, this quickly turned into a shouting match with him being very disrespectful. A complaint was filed with the local police and a complaint will be filed with the village administrator. Greenix needs to be aware and follow the laws of the areas in which they solicit.Business Response

This is a fraudulent company. I initially called them in May 2024 for a mouse problem. The *** informed me that any mice that take their bait, get disoriented and die outside the house. Techs arrived some time later and informed us that this is not true, and that the mice take the bait back in the house, where they die. We would not have agreed to their services otherwise. The *** also informed me that I would incur a $37 quarterly fee, never mentioned a $250 cancellation fee, and never gave me an actual agreement to view (this was all over the phone). However, Ive been charged monthly, incurred a $250 cancellation fee (which wasnt mentioned on initial call), and sent an agreement highlighting the cancellation fee, but I did not review / sign agreement.This is a fraudulent company at best. I am rejecting this response because:see attached screenshot, which shows the exact email address and time included in Greenixs screenshot. This written agreement was sent to me AFTER the phone; not during, so I could review the terms. In other words, I did not have any knowledge of this written agreement until after the phone call.
Also, Greenixs screenshot states that I signed the agreement. I did NOT sign any agreement, so unless you can prove I added my signature, that is fraud, and I will take legal action UNLESS you literally just admit you were wrong.
Lastly, send me a copy of the audio call so I verify the frequency of payment terms.

******* claimed that my service was done and completed when in face it wasnt. I called customer service and asked if I had proof. I work from home and was home all day, have 3 cameras that surround my house (tech was never spotted), never received a text back fro technician when I asked what time service was completed. This has happened multiple times in the past when I get a text saying the tech will be here today and they never show. At least the last 6 scheduled visits. I always have to call and chase them down to get rescheduled. Despite many attempts to make aware of this same consistent issue it NEVER gets resolved or any solution what so ever is made. Then when I do get ahold of someone I am the one that gets pushed out another week or more to actually get the treatment I already paid for. Why cant they come out the next day to make it right? 6 straight times at least! At this point Id just like the service that I already paid for this month actually taken care off (since I already paid!) and then to cancel my contract with no penalty or cancelation fee. Enough is enough. This company is probably the worst company Ive ever had to deal with and only the 2nd company I actually took the time for to file a BBB complaint I. I am rejecting this response because:Spoke to a representative yesterday and they confirmed the accuracy of my complaint after submitting evidence from my cameras (with timestamps) that the tech and vehicle were never here when they said they were. Even despite that they would not allow me to cancel my contract without penalty. They did however issue a refund for the last monthly payment and are sending a different tech out later this week to treat my property.
I will not accept this complaint as complete until I see consistency for the next couple scheduled visits as I am always the one pushed off of the schedule and rescheduled for a later date for the past handful of visits. While they are attempting to make it right I will have to wait and see since only time will tell. Unfortunately, one potential good scheduled visit this month will not convince me that they have rectified the consistent neglect of my complaints and prior scheduled visits.

Greenix is a mosquito pest control company that cannot show up at their designated time schedule appointments, nor do they complete their task. When they do get here, give me attitude, and then I still have mosquitoes fleas and ticks products do not work. The guarantee behind the product is **** and void, and there is no management to call me back for any kind of satisfaction. they dont show up for scheduled appointments. If they do show up, they take their picture in my driveway say they completed the task and leave without doing their job. Ive called several times to ask to talk to management and Ive been given the runaround through customer service have smart mouth, technicians, young technicians, who dont have a clue .Customer Answer

After a thorough review of ********'s account and the services provided, we have determined that our team completed all appointments as per the service agreement. Documentation of these visits, including time-stamped records and detailed reports, have been attached for reference. In regards to rescheduled appointments, our service professionals followed the standard protocols when rescheduling services due to animals being in the service area.
We are unable to process any refunds due to these services being provided. We would also like to bring to the attention of the BBB interactions that ******** had with our team that led us to the decision to close her account before this complaint was filed. I am rejecting this response because:The company did not complete the sprays of my property as agreed in the contract. I had several employees come tell me they werent gonna do their job and take a picture and leave which I can confirm with my ring cameras I can also provide ring camera evidence of not completing, the entirety of the property that I was told was done. I am requesting all monies collected be refunded to me due to inability to complete the job. I dont believe that its fair that I pay for services that were not fully rendered. I called and made several complaints , without any resolve or satisfaction due to these reasons, I would like a full refund. Furthermore, their products were backed by a guarantee or your money back due to my unsatisfaction and inability of them to complete their job. I want my money back.

As stated previously, we have confirmed that three services were completed in their entirety, one of which was a complementary reservice. As a gesture of goodwill, we previously closed ********'s account without the application of an early termination fee. Also, coupons were applied to her account while it was still active, covering one full service. Thus, ******** was only charged for one out of three services. 7/29/24:
Despite a “No Solicitation” sign, a Greenix sales rep knocked on our door and rang our doorbell in the middle of the afternoon. (We did not answer.) A handful of hours later, he came back. I was outside and as he was coming up the driveway, I told him “no thank you,” but he continued to start on his pitch. I told him I wasn’t interested FIVE more times and he still insisted on giving me his pitch. (“I’ll be really quick. I only want to talk about…” is what he kept saying before I would cut him off.) I had to walk away to get him to leave. And as he was on his way down the driveway, he glared at me and said “unbelievable.” He was aggressive, rude, an unprofessional. When someone tells you they aren’t interested or to go away, those wishes need to be respected. Others in the neighborhood reported the same experience.Business Response

Sales rep sold the service saying they can get rid if pest including snakes. I told him I was happy with my current service. He finally after 45 minutes of sales talk convinced me to try them saying if any issues happen you call they come right out even next day to take care of. I had snakes again and the datw they cod come back was 8 days later . I said I need someone tomorrow like I was told when I signed up. Finally got a 12 noon appt next day. I left work early got home and no one ever showed up nor did they call. I called them and said I was very disappointed and wanted to stop services since they didn't show up or call the guy transferred me to an account rep who did all of his sales bs and convinced me to give them another try so I said ok. I asked how quick can they get out here? The initial 1st call was Monday July 15th, 2nd call 16th after they didn't show then the next appt was for Thursday between 8 and 9 am. I told them I have to be to work at so they have to be here as I would alreadybe late. He promised, assured, over and over that they would and they would make this right for me. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP OR CALLED AGAIN!!! I'm done with them and called and told them to cancel. I have no idea how they stay in business. The guy said he was going charge me a cancelation fee of 249.I told him I didn't break the the contract you did when you made appts and never showed or called I'm done.
