      7/29/24:

      Despite a “No Solicitation” sign, a Greenix sales rep knocked on our door and rang our doorbell in the middle of the afternoon. (We did not answer.) A handful of hours later, he came back. I was outside and as he was coming up the driveway, I told him “no thank you,” but he continued to start on his pitch. I told him I wasn’t interested FIVE more times and he still insisted on giving me his pitch. (“I’ll be really quick. I only want to talk about…” is what he kept saying before I would cut him off.) I had to walk away to get him to leave. And as he was on his way down the driveway, he glared at me and said “unbelievable.” He was aggressive, rude, an unprofessional. When someone tells you they aren’t interested or to go away, those wishes need to be respected. Others in the neighborhood reported the same experience.

      Sales rep sold the service saying they can get rid if pest including snakes. I told him I was happy with my current service. He finally after 45 minutes of sales talk convinced me to try them saying if any issues happen you call they come right out even next day to take care of. I had snakes again and the datw they cod come back was 8 days later . I said I need someone tomorrow like I was told when I signed up. Finally got a 12 noon appt next day. I left work early got home and no one ever showed up nor did they call. I called them and said I was very disappointed and wanted to stop services since they didn't show up or call the guy transferred me to an account rep who did all of his sales bs and convinced me to give them another try so I said ok. I asked how quick can they get out here? The initial 1st call was Monday July 15th, 2nd call 16th after they didn't show then the next appt was for Thursday between 8 and 9 am. I told them I have to be to work at so they have to be here as I would alreadybe late. He promised, assured, over and over that they would and they would make this right for me. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP OR CALLED AGAIN!!! I'm done with them and called and told them to cancel. I have no idea how they stay in business. The guy said he was going charge me a cancelation fee of 249.I told him I didn't break the the contract you did when you made appts and never showed or called I'm done. He even listened to the conversation of them telling me about my appts.

      To whom it may concern:The nature of this complaint is as follows. My mother is the customer in this case. I am handling this for her. She is seeking a full refund and cancellation. The appointment and agreed soon amount was $106 and the charged amount was over $319. This appointment came with a cancelation forum that is to be completed within three days of the appointment. The cancellation was sent to them signed and dated with a timestamp via email at 1:11pm. They still showed up and scammed my mother completing unauthorized work and charging 3 times the agreed price. I have left this company voicemails with my number which is ************. We need a full refund and an apology being as it has been messed up in numerous different ways. It is on video when they showed up and the timestamps and cancellation forums should be more than enough. Please help us with these issues and see that this doesnt victimize others in my surrounding cities. We appreciate the opportunity and platform to carry this out. This is fraud, purgery, thievery, and should not be allowed to happen to a single mother who is a homeowner with mouths to feed.       Description:
      Constituent hired Greenix Pest Control to work on her yard. She requested to cancel services and they
      told her they prepay their employees and she cannot cancel. She asked the company to come get their
      products in May of 2024 and they did not get back to her.

      I had used ******* **** ******* and terminated their service at the end of my contract. Around this same timeframe, Greenix acquired *******. Despite vehemently refusing to contract with them and use their services, they continue to contact me and try to schedule services I do not desire. I have no contract with Greenix and do not want to do business with them and they repeatedly try to force service on me that I refuse to accept or pay for. I've told them to stop contacting me that I'm not a customer and they continue to schedule me. I just want them to leave me alone. I will never be a Greenix customer.

      I have an 18 month contract with this company that began in July 2023 to eliminate all pests in my home that was newly constructed at the end of 2021. The biggest issue was construction spiders. They were everywhere., but we also had an issue with hornets building nests outside of the house. Well, while there has been a diminishing number of hornets, the spiders have never gone away, even after extra treatments.
      In the past, I was bitten by a spider and ended up in the hospital. I relayed this incident to the account manager with whom I spoke last week before they sent yet another technician to the house to spray. He found evidence of lots of spiders., which means their pesticide is not working! Despite that, they will not allow me to cancel the remainder of my contract without a penalty. Hence, I am requesting your assistance.

      Greenix came to my house selling services.They pushed me into the service didnt want to leave.They never said anything about monthly bill only that they would come out quarterly.. after I signed up they left I looked over contract. Thats when I found that..They claim that the product they use is safe for animals and humans. That we where able to come outside 20 minutes after treatment..I waited 20 mins after they left. Stepped outside. The chemicals were so strong I tasted it. Not just while I was outside but for hours after.. I couldnt let my dogs out to long that night due to be afraid they would get sick or harmed..After all this I started researching Greenix online and thats when I seen they are not in business here in IN. They say they are in Ft.***** but couldnt find that address or details. Then went on BBB and seen a lot of other customers having same issues..

      They claim they canceled my account but have been charging me for OVER A YEAR and refuse to stop. Anytime I call or get a call back, they hang up on me. They came out ONE time and it took months of them dodging my calls and me needing to get my husband involved for them to cancel my account. They will charge me 2x in some months even and WILL NOT STOP. Biggest mistake ever signing up with them. I was told yesterday that I would get a call from the director, *******. Unsurprisingly, that never happened. I did however get a call today by someone who claimed ******* was his boss and he would text ******* and then hung up on me, again. I have been nothing but kind and even apologetic for being frustrated when I have been speaking to the representatives on the phone. I just don't understand.When will this end??I just want my money back and to not have to go through this nonsense again. On the phone, the representative told me sometimes duplicate accounts are made and that might be what happened but the charges that are still being made are not connected to the account canceled in August of 2023 (EVEN THOUGH I WAS STILL CHARGED AFTER FOR THAT ACCOUNT) and they can't figure out why I'm still being charged monthly. PLEASE HELP AND MAKE THIS STOP.

      Where do I even begin? Yesterday, July 9, 2024, ******** sent me a text informing me that he will be doing our mosquito treatment. At 1:41PM, I was notified via my ring doorbell, (which also records) that there was motion at my front door. which was him arriving at my house.1:45PM: he rang my doorbell. 1:46PM: I answered. He told me he was there to do the treatment. I asked if I needed to be home. He replied, and said I did not need to be home. After our conversation, I see him walking back to his work car. 1:50PM: Motion was detected via my ring doorbell. Showing him walking up my driveway and onto my porch. I did not answer because I was at work.1:50PM: He walked back to his work car. 1:53 PM: He is seen leaving my house.He was at my house a total of TWELVE minutes.This next conversation is via text messages. "M", will identify what I said and "J", will identify his replies.1:56PM M: "Hey ********, did you say you sprayed the mosquito treatment?"1:57PM J: "Yes"1:58PM M: "Was it sprayed in the front and back?"1:59PM J: "Yes"2PM J: "did you talk to me on the door camera today ?"2:01PM M: "I did, yes. I only ask because I didn't see a ring recording of you spraying my front lawn."2:02PM J: "Oh no sprayed but I can spray again once I get done here"2:04PM M: "What does the mosquito appointment all include?"2:04PM J: "Just the bushes in the yard"2:04PM J: "And the yard"2:06PM M: "Yeah, please come back and make sure to get everything"2:09PM M: "Please ring my doorbell when you get back to my house."2:11 PM: I set up my live view so I could see when he arrived.2:14PM: He arrives at my house.2:16PM: He is seen grabbing his things from his car.2:16PM: He rings my doorbell.2:17PM: He is seen waving whatever machine he is using, (proving that he is doing the treatment).       Estimator and technician told us they would come out weekly for the first month and then monthly to continue service. After the first visit, in which they did said they had no idea how to solve the problem, they have made 1 attempt to schedule something 15 minutes in advance to show up to our house, which is completely unreasonable, and we have not been able to get in contact with them since. This started a month and a half ago.
