      Beware! I have used this company for a couple years. Overall did an okay job with pest prevention however, I only had a 1 year contract but continued service. Notifications prior to service was inadequate. I have dogs and you can't show up with 10 minute notice. After my contract was complete, they continued to take money from my account monthly and only serviced on a quarterly basis. For the past 3 years, I've asked them to stop. Notifications kept coming and charges persisted. I've called the office over 12 times, removed my credit card information and still getting billed. Apparently, they have but my acct in collections for over $200 where I've not received service and continue to try and post charges. It's been 2 years since last service and they continue to charge no matter how many times I've told them they are not needed. Don't sign up with this company unless you want them taking money from you for life!!!

      TERRIBLE company. Came to door in a neighborhood canvas to talk about service. Quoted us a price of $349 with a discount of $150. We paid them $210.94 with tax. We were told if we cancelled we had to pay the discounted amount of $150. They came the next day and sprayed outside. They were supposed to do the inside of the house and we were told they ran out of the inside treatment and would have to come back for that. They also said they ran out of the mouse baits and would come back for that too. They did come back the next day without notice which was a Saturday even though I requested them to come the first of the week since no one would be home. They placed 3 mouse baits not the 4 which were in the contract. After the initial treatment we saw absolutely no difference. We were billed and paid an additional $105.99 one month later. The bugs were no better both inside and outside of the house. I called to cancel and was told there was a cancellation fee of $349. After much back and forth they agreed to $159. So in essence we paid $475.93 for one treatment that didn't work. This company is TERRIBLE!!

      This a shady company who only lives off getting the innocent to sign a contract with them. My wife was speaking to the door to door salesman while I was preoccupied. She firmly believed they would provide a good service and asked me to sign up. I did, and that was a mistake. I asked the salesman many times if I could cancel at anytime without repercussions. Each time I asked, he told me yes. First scheduled service came and I watched what he did. Everything he did, I can do myself for about $35 from Menards. I called to cancel as I was told I would be able to without repercussion. It was at this point that the company finally revealed to me that there was a $299 cancelation fee. When I confronted the gentleman on the phone about not being made aware of this all he kept telling me was that it was in the contract. He told me it was my failure and my fault for not reading the contract prior to signing. Which I will admit is true, but the salesman repeatedly lied to my face when I asked about cancelation. $299 cancelation fee never came out of his mouth. All he said was yes each time I asked about the cancelation with NO REPERCUSSIONS. So your salesman can just lie and not tell the truth of the contract? This is not okay. This is bad business practice. This should stop anyone from ever signing up with this company.

      The technician, ****, was incredible. He was exceedingly knowledgeable, very courteous, and quite thorough. He not only refilled all the rodent boxes around the house (there are many), but he added one in a spot that might be leading to baby mice entering the house. **** then put on booties and proceeded to check every crevice in our basement where the mice were found. He laid down several different types of traps, and made sure that because our dog, Iggy, is often in the basement, that she would not inadvertently get into said traps. I was very impressed with this service which is why I gave **** and Greenix a five-star rating.

      The technician was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, he did not finish the job and I am now left to take care of a swarm of wasps uncontained. When I called customer service to ask them to come today to finish the job, they told me the earliest day would be almost a week away. In the meantime, I can't go into my backyard now because I got stung over five times in less than 10 seconds just going out my back door.While the reps are very friendly, any company that makes a customer who paid in full for a service that WAS NOT COMPLETED the first time wait almost a week to contain an out-of-control wasp problem has a terrible business model.

      Started with Greenix late summer and they were very attentive to our needs, and made two special trips out to our property to take care of time sensitive matters. One recent issue was a basketball sized hornet/wasp nest close to our property line, which they took care of within 30 minutes of a text notification.Highly recommend this company and their excellent pest control technicians.

      Greenie technician knocked on my door and ask if I wanted service. I agreed to have the front porch sprayed for spiders. The work was completed and I signed the receipt and paid the fee. Technician shows up again to spray the house and I said that I had not agreed for any further services nor did I want them. I started receiving texts from company about upcoming service, so I called them at the number they provided. I was informed that I had a two-year contract with them and that I had signed. I had never signed a contract only for the service that I had originally agreed upon. For several months they had been withdrawing a partial payment for the quarterly service that I was unaware of from my bank. After a lengthy discussion, I was finally able to get them to cancel the two year contract and refund the money that had been withdrawn from my bank without authorization. I feel like the company was trying to scam me into a service that I did not want.

      Unfortunately not worth any stars. While yes they did remove the large wasp nest as requested. We were told the treatment was going to neutralize the pheromones so that the wasps would not return to the location. However, the wasps rebuilt three nest within 10 days after the treatment. When we called Greenix was told they would not do anything, and there was no warranty for the services provided. Highly disappointed that there was no customer service provided and no backing of the work completed or the product used.
