      **** was our technician today and did a wonderful job taking care of our concerns with spiders, ants, bait stations etc. Even knocked out a wasps nest we did not know we had. We really appreciated his detailed service and professionalism.Prompt response. Very happy.

      I will forever regret letting the representative from Greenix convince me their company was better than the others. He came to my door as a cold call. We have more spiders than we have ever seen in the 8 years weve been here. After 3 weeks, we start getting bitten by nats and mosquitoes. Only now as I am seeing all of the reviews and BBB complaints that I feel sick knowing I am stuck in a contract for a year. Dont fall for their bs. Investigate first. They say the neighborhood is using them and because of that, we all get this big discount. BS. DONT DO IT!I would give this company no stars, if I could.

      Tahsi was incredible. He's the best technician they have sent out yet! He was so thorough I feel like I won't have issues for awhile.As a whole the company has taken care of our issues, always been timely, and professional. We keep them coming so the critters don't return

      The technician came to my house completed all services and Mentor Ohio had a terrible storm last week three branches down trees down power out still five days later he only treated my yard. He cleaned up the branches and everything that it come off the trees spectacular. Thank you.

      The company technicians were great to work with. All of them were knowledgeable of the problems I was having and kept returning to my residence to ensure their product was working. I would definitely recommend this Pest Control Company.

      Service was fine. cancelling is the issue. called in May to cancel service, putting home on the market. had to pay until July. STILL receiving messages about service for the property I know longer own. called & texted. today I see that they have automatically sent for payment which my bank paid. then I texted a response to their email telling me, thank you for your payment. I was then told my account is still showing active!!! I would have used this company again, but not now!! I will tell everyone I know not to use this company!!!

      After having ** *** my first service appointment at 10 oclock pull up and sit in front of my house for 20 minutes and then pull off without an appointment. I was left frustrated, as I had an issue with bees. Thank goodness ********* was able to come at the end of the day and get rid of my bee problem.
