      Had to cancel my service because we were moving. I was quoted a $200 early termination fee by the account manager. I was actually billed $299. I contacted the business and supposedly no one was able to access the file or recorded phone line. Very disappointed.

      Obscenely expensive. Paying a hefty monthly fee for a tech to show up 4 times a year. Each visit is about 10 minutes. They spread some dust around then they are gone. I called to terminate the contract and the termination fee exceeded the 4 months of fees remaining on the contract. To add insult, if I don’t terminate at the end date, they auto renew for another year. Shame on me. Stay away from these people.

      Thank you for sharing your feedback. We truly value your experience, and I would like to take a moment to address a few points you raised.
      First and foremost, I would like to clarify that Greenix does not have an auto-renew policy in place. Once an agreement reaches its end, services continue on a month-to-month basis. We offer monthly billing as an option primarily to make quarterly services more affordable, as we have found that many of our customers prefer this structure to avoid a large lump sum payment.  Furthermore, I would also like to say that are pricing points are in line with industry standards. Regarding early termination, if a customer decides to cancel their agreement within the designated agreement, an early termination fee applies. This fee is clearly outlined in the agreement and is disclosed at the time of sale.

      In order to recieve initial service the business forces you to sign a 12 month contract and asks you to call and cancel the account within three days. I call to cancel the account in the three days alloted and they told me they couldnt find the address, that they didnt service me to be able to cancel the account. I call and speak with a account manager and he tells me he cant find the call, and i have to continue to pay for the duration of the year. Absolutely terrible business practices. uncalled for.

      At the beginning if 2024, we were overrun by ants. Now ants are not a problem thanks to Greenix. And the cost was very reasonable.

      I had been a Greenix customer for over a year and after letting them know that their services/treatment were not effective, I decided to cancel my agreement. I understand that their is a cancellation fee, however, after expressing that I thought that the amount of the fee was a **** in the face especially since it’s your services that are not being effective, you as a company didn’t seem too concerned with your customer’s dissatisfaction as you charged me the amount without addressing my feedback. This leads me to believe you are not too concerned with your company’s reputation and are only concerned with having your customers pay for your services than actually living up to your sales pitch. I do feel like I was scammed and I will let everyone I know in my, my parents and my in-laws HOA to steer clear of Greenix. This is purely feedback so other potential customers are aware of how you treat your existing customers.
