I was text on 7/26/24 - Friday prior to my appointment, on 7/29 - Monday.************************* text me one-half hour prior to my appointment, he arrived on time. He explained what applications he would perform and completed them quickly and also explained what he was doing, very pleasant.

I have used Greenix Pest Control for about seven years and they are professional and provide effective pest control. If there is a pest problem in-between scheduled visits, Greenix will service the house again at no charge. I have used the retreatment service twice in seven years. H3**73834363837373537H & the service is beyond deplorable. Setting the apt was not easy, the tech that was out here on 7/25/24 & left the ** point inspection completed 15 which, 5 was marked as N/A, ** were incorrect, #** inspection of garage, THERE IS NO GARAGE, #** HOME INSPECTION, she never came inside because I left shorlty there after. On the back, the 28 rodents, bugs you name it, this tech checked 27 of the creatures, then in the "your custom ********************** plan": was left blank, REALLY how is that you come out go behind the fence never entering the house or back yard & leave such a deplorable report and have no recommendation for what I am assuming she thinks I live in a 3rd world ******. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY, unless you want to be sold a bad bill of sales! 1 star is way beyond generous.Greenix Pest Control

Soliciter for greenix showed up to my door just over a year ago.I signed up for a one year contract. They promised me it will expire after 12 months and will not renew. I called them up again later to confirm that the contract will expire after 12 months and it will not renew after. They confirmed that it will expire after 12 months and would not renew.After 12 months, I get a charge for a 13th month.I called them up about it. **** said, yes it expires after 12 months per contract "but automatically continues on monthly basis". I said that is not what I agreed to on day one when I signed up.Account manager said OK, the account is closed out and I will receive a refund and an email confirmation.Never got the refund or the email confirmation, and then I received a message that I'm scheduled for another service after account manager said it was closed. The servicer never showed up and never responded to my reply saying that it's discontinued. Still no refund.How confusing is the word "expire"??? The contract even says it will expire after 12 months, but also says will automatically renew on a monthly basis?This is a contradiction.GREENIX still owes me a $75.24 refund and a confirmation email that they promised.Greenix Pest Control

We had a huge wasp nest on the eave of our home. ******* did a fabulous job removing the nest. Explained the product and procedure to remove nest. He was on time, professional and very nice to talk with. No more wasp's!Greenix Pest Control

Greenix Pest Control did an outstanding job from the initial phone call to the time the technician ***** left. Setting up the appointment was hassle free with Easton...***** texted me the morning of our appoitment to let me know I was on his schedule...He arrived very promptly, was very professional and personable...***** explained the procedure and his actions along every step of the way...Would highly recommend ***** and Greenix Pest Control and will be my first call should I need any pest control services in the future...Thank You Greenix for such a smooth and easy process!!!Greenix Pest Control
