Started with calling to set up service. They listened to my problem, which involved needing service INSIDE and outside my home. The agent set me up with a contract that I signed and paid for first month of service and was told that on Monday (two days later a technician would be out). Monday morning agent comes out and knocks on door and before I can answer continues to walk around side of my house and start spraying. Now I am walking around looking for someone seeing the Greenix truck parked in front of my house, when I found him I asked him if he could spray inside first. He continues to tell me that that he will have to call. Instead of explaining to me that I am not signed up for this (which I only found out hours later by customer service). Then he walks to his truck and leaves. This left me mortified as now he has started spraying outside my home and that will make anything come inside and leaving me unprotected inside. I have called in to customer service now for 4 hours been given the run around, finally talking to someone named ***** and she let me know that I was signed up for only outside service. Which obviously the agent I originally spoke to only sold me a package to make a sale and not to address my needs. This is horrible customer service starting from the beginning and thru to the end.I have called in numerous more times requesting a refund and to cancel this contract as you only have 3 days and cannot seem to get ahold of anyone that has the authority to help me with ANYTHING! Awful! Just Awful! Thanks for making an already uncomfortable situation absolutely horrendous.Greenix Pest Control

5 starsWe are happy with Green X technician *********************** thoroghness and knowledge. He carefully explained the areas that needed to be immediately addressed after walking our property and gave us several options along with a plan to take care of the recent rodent activity out and inside our home. Greenix is a terrible company.After multiple times of coming to our house we still have pest problems especially spiders.I think they do a subpar job and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!Greenix Pest Control

Terrible customer service. A technician ruined our front door handle finish when their pesticide was not washed from the handle after an outdoor application. After an unnecessarily long and frankly accusatory email exchange, "customer service" blamed the door handle finish for the damage. Low competency. Zero accountability.
