Greenix is very thorough. They call before coming out and let me know when they are done so I can check if I so desire. Pleased with their service, especially with Pedro the technician assigned to our property.Greenix Pest Control

Lied about service in order for a signed contract. Called on a Saturday and agent confirmed the contract once we gave our credit card info and guaranteen tech would be out by 6 pm that day. They never came because when I called their staff said they closed at 1 pm. Also got the contract incorrect. It was for Interior and exterior .. they only listed exterior. Poor service and untruthful in order to get our business. I will never use them againGreenix Pest Control

In August of 2023 I had a wasp problem getting into my house through the fireplace. Greenix came out and just did a routine spray, did not take care of my immediate problem. I did have to call them back and get another tech out that actually took care of the problem. Of course being vulnerable, I was persuaded to get a one year contract. During the winter months, they did not take care of rodents, I found out that was extra. I thought spraying for wasps and insects in the winter was a waste of time and my money. Come June 2024, they did their quarterly spray, and 10 days later I notice a hugh wasp nest under my kitchen window. Being Saturday, the only people you can get a hold of is sales and they kept transferring me to service which is not open on saturdays. Complete waste of money, I will not renew this contract when finished.Greenix Pest Control

Christopher L**** listened to my interior issue. Was very helpful, and worked hard to treat both the exterior & interior of our house. He even removed wasp nests & spider webs from the eves & windows. Thanks Chris !Greenix Pest Control
