These guys come to your door and do not know how to take no for an answer. We have a doorbell, they don't use it. Instead they bang loudly on the door. Then when you tell them you are busy and are not interested, they keep talking. They say something like "Have you been informed about what is going on today?" , so that you think there is some sort of neighborhood situation you should be aware of. Then they talk about a free consultation (that's the big thing that is going on). Again, you say, "Not interested", but they will not go away until you close the door. They say they are "not selling anything", but are offering a "Free consultation", which means they will inspect your property and tell about all the problems they found (whether you have them or you don't) to concern you and make you believe that you need their service. No one comes to your door with a company logo on their shirt unless they are trying to sell you something. Very pestering and annoying. It's ironic that they are a "pest control" company. Would never use them.

We are moving and no longer in need of service . We have paid our bills and given several referrals. Now they want to charge us a cancellation fee . We only have a few months left and they are been unreasonable and not even working with us on the fee. Do not sign up with this company. You should be able to cancel especially if the services in your new location are not needed .Greenix Pest Control

This is my first year with Greenix but have been very impressed with the service through my first two treatments. Billy A******* was my technician today and he did a really good job. He went above and beyond a normal treatment to tighten up the house against unwanted insects that were still sneaking in. I told Billy that we entertain a lot on our back porch, so he spent extra time back there and I'm sure that the treatment that he applied will make my cookouts bug-free. Finally, he was nice enough to leave me a card with a phone number to call if there were any problems between now and my fall treatment. A pest control service is only as good as the technician that shows up to perform the treatment. Mr. A******* was on it today and I appreciate his work.Greenix Pest Control
