I have had the worst relationship with this company! I started my service about 4 weeks ago for mice in the home. I was told that I would have service once a week for the first 4 weeks (on Wednesdays). I’ve had a different problem every week. Week one had to be rescheduled multiple times. They finally changed the person coming to the house and they showed up. Week two I was forced to reach out in regards to service at my house. The operator told me that I was on the schedule, they just hadn’t told me. Later to find out the service technician had me added to her schedule immediately after I called. Week three…no response. Week four…here I am on another Friday….still no response. Then all of a sudden, I see a monthly bill for service, as if I’m up to date on service. They have hardly done anything for me. I’m out of hundreds of dollars with nothing to show for it but a few traps set at the house. No one has even attempted to reach out. This is my first time ever contracting an exterminator. Will never do it again. Of course I was past the refund time when I realized how horrible the service I was receiving.Greenix Pest Control

BUYER BEWARE!!! I’m convinced these five star reviews are FAKE. Look at the 1 stars and the similarity in experience. My regret began immediately. I scheduled a service and the technician came way outside of appointment times and tried to avoid spraying my interior which is what we pay for! He then managed to convince me to do the rodent baiting service for a one time fee of $35. LIE! In fact it is a monthly fee. But because I signed on verbal confirmation it was one time- they couldn’t do anything about it. I tried cancelling and they wanted to charge me $250!! Fast forward- time for another service and the technician texts me to say they will be at my home at 7 am. I explained that’s impossible because I work midnights and I wasn’t home yet which is why I made the appointment for a later time. She was very upset and it was obvious when she showed up. Fast forward again to the present. Appointment scheduled 12-2 and he shows up to my door at 8 am with NO WARNING. I was not able to get the door as I was unavailable which is why I scheduled 12-2. I was scheduled for indoor outdoor full spray and rodent bait service. My cameras showed me he did not spray my home!! 3 min he was in and out. I called them and asked them to confirm my app. She said “looks like your service was completed today!” I said completed?? I explained what happened and my cameras showing otherwise then she says “oh that was just the rodent service someone else will come to your home to spray in and out.” Talk about gaslighting!!! I thought my service was complete?? The technician called me and apologized to say he didn’t have any spray with him. WHAT?? How do you come unprepared to an appointment outside of the appointment time. This place makes their money off of lies and deceit. I’m telling you, reader. Take these 1 stars into consideration!!! BBB please investigate GREENIX!!!! They’re thieves and liars! My words are limited, there is more to my story but you get the point.Greenix Pest Control

The service men announced their arrival and departure and were pleasant and polite. However, I would prefer them to use the side door instead of the front.Greenix Pest Control
