My experience with Greenix Pest Control has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. Despite their claims of thorough treatment, their services have proven to be unreliable and lacking in integrity.
During the last quarterly treatment, the technician claimed to have completed a full treatment around my house, but my security cameras told a different story. He simply rang the doorbell and left a note, while the footage showed him getting back into his vehicle and driving away. This blatant disregard for their duties raises serious questions about the company's practices and ethics.
Upon complaining, they acknowledged the mistake as a "misstep" in their treatment process. However, this acknowledgment does little to rectify the fact that they failed to uphold their end of the agreement. Even when a technician returned to perform a "full treatment," the issue persisted. Despite their website's assurance of dealing with ants, the technician admitted that their treatment would not effectively address the ant problem.
It's infuriating to think that Greenix Pest Control continues to take my money while failing to deliver on their promises. Despite their blatant dishonesty and incompetence, all I received was a measly $20 credit for their mistake. It's clear that their priority lies in profit rather than providing quality service to their customers.
In hindsight, I regret not thoroughly researching Greenix Pest Control before choosing their services. It's evident that their claims are nothing but lies, and they are shamelessly stealing money from unsuspecting customers like myself. I've been forced to take matters into my own hands and treat for ants myself, despite paying for professional services.
My experience with Greenix Pest Control has been a nightmare, filled with false promises and poor service. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company unless they want to be taken advantage of and left to deal with pest problems on their own.

Ran through sign up very quickly. they told me it was not a membership that I could call and they would come out for $45 per visit. when I was being charged $45 for them to NOT come out. I paid them $150. If you want out do not pay they will call you and say your "account is frozen" then call and pay your balance (it will take about 3 months to freeze) your "membership" or whatever it is will not be reinstated and you will save $100. I have an ant problem. I had seven months of a year contract, with no relief at all. After multiple extra service calls of doing the same thing, I asked to cancel service. But of course, they kept wanted to send people out just to string me along to finish out the year or charge me a $250 early fee for breaking the contract. They came in with a tube of something and put some at the entree ways, doors, windows like the ants were coming in as invited guess. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. It's a scam. I had to pay to get out of the contract. Good riddance!!!Greenix Pest Control

Ashland listened, looked and took action. He made sure that my concerns were met and went about his business ex[plaining why he was doing what he was doing. During his inspection he discovered that we had a mouse problem. He explained what he saw And what steps he would take and why. I agreed and he proceded to set up rodent barriers. All the while he always kept me informed so that I was cognizant regarding what and why doing some thing. The treatments worked! The spray killed the pests In a follow up visit he made an extra spray into some opening and killed pests that I thought were unkillable,. Ashland exuded outstanding customer service relations and was pleasent conversationalist. I am very happy with GREENIX regarding my concerns and their service.Greenix Pest Control

My service tech this time was Drew K. He texted to let me know he would be arriving to complete service; I was not able to be home. He texted to let me know what services he had completed outside my home. I have had GREENIX for several months now and have been very happy with the services that has been provided.
The only thing I do not like is being billed monthly for service that is provided quarterly.Greenix Pest Control
