      Kassandra did an awesome job. She explained to me what she was going to do. She gave me some strips to help with the gnats and gave me a suggestion to try because they are hard to get rid of. She was very considerate and polite.

      This is undoubtedly one of the more difficult reviews I have to write as a result of this company racially profiling neighborhoods in the greater Chicago area. I scheduled pest control services for my property in the ***************** neighborhood, paid my initial $99 service fee and had an appointment scheduled with this company Thursday September 21, 2023 between 8am and 12 noon. Since I no longer lived in the city and trusted that this company would perform the job in a professional manner, I did not question whether the extermination actually happened or not. I figured something actually was wrong when I received a notification that my $99 deposit was refunded to my account one month after the proposed service. I contacted the company and spoke with a representative Anthony. He informed me that services were not rendered because the my area was considered a "danger zone". I asked him to clarify and he stated that the notes says that no one would go to that area because it is unsafe. I asked if it because my neighborhood is a predominately Black neighborhood and he responded that race did not play a factor. He says he did not make the decision, his manager Trevor made the decision not to go. He then tried to reschedule the service for me. I educated him on the fact that not only am I a Doctor, but there are several other black middle class professionals in my neighborhood and that their refusal of services was racially motivated and unacceptable. My home is located blocks away from the ***** ************ ******, in a beautiful neighborhood experiencing a much-needed renaissance, but even if it was located in another much less-desirable neighborhood, it is UNEXCUSABLE to refuse treatment to anyone based on where they live. I will be also filing a complaint with the BBB and I hope that this company understands that this is not an acceptable way to treat anyone who attempts to patronize their business. I also hope they learn some cultural competence

      Do not hire. Services don’t work and when there is a problem, they are unresponsive.
      I hired Greenix to help with an ant problem, with spiders, and with mice. I couldn't be more disappointed. When I first signed up, their salesperson, Hudson A*******, explained how he takes pride in helping the clients he signs up and to let him know when I need something. That was a total lie.
      I caught two mice in a week in my own glue traps and there are droppings all over one of the rooms in the basement. When I reached out to Hudson, he told me to contact a number to schedule another service. When I did, the woman put me on hold and then said they couldn't schedule anything, but someone would give me a call back. No one called me back and it's been over a week. I followed up with a text to Hudson and you guessed it, I got no response.
      Do yourself a favor and if you have a pest problem, don't use Greenix. Go with one of the proven companies that will take care of the issue and provide any bit of customer service if something isn’t right.

      They impressed me at first, and convinced me to do their mole service. All summer long, traps were set all over my yard and they would trap moles. But no one would come and reset the traps until I complained. After many complaints, they sent the vip for mole problems. He said things would change and they will come every week to reset traps. And they did for the first 2 weeks. Then they stopped coming but the traps kept catching moles. Obviously their work is not finished. I complained last week that no one came to reset traps and they said they would come today. Again, this is about the 6th no show in 5 months . When I called, they said it was cancelled do to an error. I am so fed up,,,they were supposed to call me back but didn't. I am on the phone every week complaining that they did not show up. Never take their mole service. With traps, I got about 10 moles this summer, but it is never ending. These people were so good in the beginning, but something happened and they have bad service now.

      It s 23 degrees today in *****, MI, and I m looking at Stink Bugs on the screen to the slider into my bedroom. August of 2023, I left Aptive ( which had been doing fine) to go to Greenix, which was going to be " much better!".)
      Their process/ product has taken care of the Box Elder Bug problem on the south side of the house. They have not been able to do what Aotive was able to do, and that is take care of the Stink Bug problem on the north side of the house. Their initial application didn't do it. They came back once after I complained, and that didn't do it. I wrote a 1 star review, and I got a response quickly. I was told a representative would be contacting me.( didn't happen). An appointment was set up for me ( via email or text, can't remember), but that was canceled, with a promise of a reschedule. Still waiting.........

      I signed up… received same day services… and then nothing. They’ve charged me but have never been back for two services outlined in my contract. Because they’ve failed to deliver on the contract by 67%, I asked for a refund on the months not serviced and to cancel future charges. After two emails and a 25 minute call, they want me to pay them MORE to never do business with them again. They’ve taken money and not provided promised services… thievery.
