Folks did a good job, ridding my house of mice with the first month.
Technicians were courteous and efficient, in and out in few minutes.

Demetrius was excellent. He listened to concerns, then got to work and his sweeping the eaves, etc. has the house looking great with no webs, etc. His work with the rodent bait was explained to me and she showed me each box to better understand what was happening. On a scale of 1-10 he gets a 12!Greenix Pest Control

We signed a contact with high hopes that this company would help our pest problem. They came the first time then when it was time to come the second time the technician told my husband and myself that he was at our home and hung up. We were home on our porch waiting and he was no where to be found. We tried to call this man and it went to voicemail for the next two hours. We called the company and they agreed that this was not okay and said they would send someone else this never happened. We noticed we got charged again without any services so we called customer support tonight. The first person I talk to apologized and said that he would refund us for the four months without service he then transferred the call to Ammon. I’m on tried to keep us on The plan and was very rude. When I explained to him that we had already hired another company and would like to discuss our contract, he tells me pretty much that it’s our fault that we got no showed and that we now have to pay a high cancellation fee for breaking the contract. I tried to explain to him that we did not
Break the contract they did, they never gave us our services that we continue to pay for, and he got extremely ugly with me. I asked to speak to a supervisor. And he tells me that he’s on another call. I kindly said that I would wait and then he told me he’s not going to talk to me tonight they’re closed. I let him know that that does not sit well with me to have a customer on the phone upset and he is still in the building and could take care of it. He shut me out told me it would be passed along to the executive team and they would likely approve me not having to pay the cancel feed, but it was just past the point of return. He is giving me such horrible customer service that I was in tears. I do not recommend this service to anyone.Greenix Pest Control
