I have had a great experience with Greenix so far this season. They came highly recommended and have treated each job at my home with care. I received notice when they were on their way and they never forgot to post the children/dog lawn sign and leave me a door hanger. I appreciate their hard work and plan to continue business with them next summer.

I have been using Greenix for over a year and am very happy. We leave in a very rural area and have not had issues with mice or insects at all. The mosquitoes were noticeably less this summer vs last. None of the kids have gotten any ticks either. They are very good at scheduling and always follow through. TERRIBLE! Only show up for 10 minutes for over $100. I haven’t seen any granules that they say they put down. Go with someone else or do it yourself.Greenix Pest Control

I am very disappointed with this company and their lack of explanation. I recently purchased this product to help eliminate any bugs around my house because if my pets. I even purchased the platinum subscription. I am highly dissatisfied with how the product works and how lazy the workers were when arriving to my house. They put no effort into the fogging or the treatment, I even have them on camera talking on their phone and not doing their job correctly. I have reached out multiple times about a cancellation and all I get is the runaround. I am tired of paying for a service that does my no good. There are bugs everywhere and my house is only 2 YEARS OLD!!. Highly dissatisfied and would not recommend! All I want to do is cancel my services! Please make this right Greenix!Greenix Pest Control

I signed up with Greenix because a nice man came to my door. The service seemed like a great deal. Boy, was I wrong!
They could not complete my service the first time they came because of the weather and stated they would be back. They never came back. I had to contact them multiple times, and they still did nothing. Once I provided the proof via text messages from their employee, they agreed that I did not get my service. It then took them another month to get back to me to schedule service. After wasting time and money with no service, I asked them to cancel my service since they were not even providing it. They are charging me $250 to cancel a contract that they broke. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY! SCAM ALERT!Greenix Pest Control

Don't sign with this company. I had an ant, spider and mouse problem. They said they could take care of it. Paid a signup fee and the best monthly fee possible since I had them for moles at another house. They were great at the beginning. Then I had to keep calling them because I had rodents, ants and spiders. I got a key to check their bait boxes and they were empty. I called them to come out once again because I didn't think they were even filling them. Had to wait 10 days for them to come out then they cancelled and I had to wait another week. In the meantime I got a mouse in the wall of my bedroom. It will now stink for a month. I had to buy my own pest items to take care of the problem while waiting for them to show up. They gave me a free month and came out and refilled the boxes. Then 2 of my bricks fell in on my patio. I had ant hills on my patio also. They fell in because of ants. What on earth am I paying $100 a month for? They came yesterday to refill my bait boxes after calling them again. They didn't fill them all. What good does that do me? I called to cancel. Here I thought it was for 1 year but it was for 18 months. They offered to lower my price and could get it even lower if I signed a new contract. Are you kidding me? I thought you gave me such a good price in the first place. They charged me $249 to cancel. So that's satisfaction guaranteed? I ended up paying nearly $750 for 4 months of crappy service. I live in an area where most everyone has pest control. I will make sure they all know not to sign up with Greenix. They also lost my business at my other place. Maybe I lost $750 but by the time I'm done they will lose alot of potential customers. It will be on all my blogs. If they wouldn't have charged me to cancel I just wouldn't have put a review at all. Maybe you should think about that before you charge people to cancel your crappy service.Greenix Pest Control
