We called on 9/7 and the technician appeared promptly on the morning of 9/8. We had a yellow jacket hive in our roof that had made a hole inside our ceiling upstairs to the inside of our home. We've had the pest control contract for about 2 years I think. The previous treatments along the roof for prevention hadn't prevented the apparently established hive under the new roof. Tyrone listened to our concerns and what we had done with commercial products (****) overnight, he examined the ceiling hole and viewed all the dead hornets on the floor and some sleepy flying ones around the lights. He then came outside and identified the source of entry in through the roof/siding. He used a long tool to deliver a dry puffer of ingredients that first led the yellowjackets to fly up from the roof area, and then die and fall to the gutter and ground. He then dawned a protective suit and came inside the house to remove as much of the hive as was hanging down from the ceiling which then allowed more active insects to alert and he sprayed the inside of the hole. He sprayed the parts of hive on the floor again and any flying insects. He came outside and provided us with pictures of the activity for insurance purposes and encouraged us to call back if there was still activity in a day or so. He encouraged us to call a contractor to help remove the area of ceiling so that all of the old hive can be removed and the ceiling repaired.
He did all of that in about 45 minutes. Tyrone was calm, knowledgeable, effective and allowed us to sleep in our home again last night with his actions. I haven't always been thrilled with other pest control measures or inspectors, but Tyrone did a heroic job for us yesterday and has been doing great work getting rid of the field mice who have bothered us other years as he has helped us these past several months. We got the help we needed when we needed it. ThANKS!Greenix Pest Control

I paid for Greenix to come treat our ground bees, they treated once and refused to come out and finish the job. We still have the ground bees. Total money wasted!!!!Greenix Pest Control

Called them to resolve a wasp situation which was not resolved after multiple treatments (3), and was made worse by the tech spraying chemicals all over the side of my house and windows. After the wasps finally burst into my bedroom I called multiple times for an emergency service, they never called back so I had to hire a local professional. Thier tech assured me that they would not come into the home and according to both the local pro and their own customer service the situation was made worse by the type of treatment they used, forcing them into the home. I had significant damage from the nest, and had to pay for repairs and for the pro. to actually resolve the issue. I have had wasps before that we eradicated after one treatment. This nest was allowed to multiple over the course of three treatments and they still did not resolve the problem.Greenix Pest Control

This company is a rip off. You are tricked into a 1 year contract and then when you try and cancel after the year is up they tell you to call back after your the last service. Their service is HORRIBLE!!! It is not worth your time, money or energy. Please DO NOT BE FOOLED. This place is the biggest ripp off. I have more pest and the last idiot that came to exterminate asked me where should he exterminate. Please use a different company. Anyone but them.Greenix Pest Control

1 starA scam company. They charged a high amount monthly with a 1 year contract with penalty for cacellation. Then when I called to get payment deleted for no show, they said they only come every 3 months. I wss never told that.
So I am paying them 3 times the amount for every time they come out. Shameful! Less than 5 stars- negative 6
