      With the fear of having cockroaches after seeing just ONE in my house after 23 years of living here, I contacted Greenix who already services me for rodent baiting. Due to the house next to me catching fire and sitting vacant the last three years, issues have arisen. But, Greenix has been nothing but Professional every step of the way and more recently, Jeremy, who has been servicing our home, is exemplary in his knowledge, concern, care and professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend Greenix to anyone!

      Issue with cancelling service and being charged. Full fairness, I signed up for a 12 month package due to mice. Mice were not seen any longer after the first couple months. The issue that I have is when I tried to cancel. Contract ended in November and I called to cancel in October. Was told that they would leave the units there and pick them up at the next service time / date. I received an email upon my return from a vacation and found that Greenix came and performed another service, even though I cancelled the previous month. Upon return from my vacation, I called Greenix customer service. The customer service person that I spoke with said she would connect me to an Account Manager to assist. The account manager would not waive my charge, nor would he connect me with a supervisor, manager, or anyone else when I asked to speak with someone else. He simply asked me, "what do you want to speak with them about?" To which I said, I want to cancel and get my money back. He stated that no one could give me my money back.
      I honestly have never been denied speaking with a superior. I feel that the business practices of Greenix, especially when cancelling, are confusing and they will not allow you to speak with anyone else.
      I was told that my account is cancelled and that I will not be charged again. I was also told that I would get an email stating the same but that email hasn't come in over 4 days since cancelling.
      Very disappointed in Greenix. I would never use them again, and would never recommend their service. Account Managers do nothing and won't connect you with others when asked.

      I had a contract with a different company for rodent control. Greenix took over. They would notify me of their arrival so soon prior to the arrival, that I would not be able to be home to meet them or let them in the house. Then, after speaking to a technician, discovered that when my contract rolled over to Greenix, it no longer covered rodent control. This was something I would pay for quarterly. I asked what I was paying for if there was no rodent control. It was not anything I had signed up for. When I asked for a refund for the three prior quarters, I was told it was a lot of money. I reminded them that yes, it was, and that I had paid it for a service I had not received. I was offered a refund for two quarters. I left a negative google review and then was called immediately. After telling them that I left a negative google review and would be contacting the BBB, was I offered a full refund. Only one agent, named Ken, was helpful to me. I spoke to seven people over the last few days and only he would help and not try to upsell. He is wonderful and helpful. Everyone else had me ready to scream. This is not acceptable service.

      This company is very aggressive about providing their service, even in the dead of winter when it is not needed. I have told their service staff to NOT service me three times in the last 5 days, and called their office yesterday to cancel and was "scheduled" for service today, so basically, have been ignored. I am awaiting a call from their account manager. I see multiple complaints about this company and expect to be able to cancel now without fee. I would prefer a Zero star option.

      The Greenix technician neglected to bring bait, tools, or a trash bag to dispose of dead rodents during our second internal visit. I had to supply the above items (lucky for us we had peanut butter in the house) and then the tech held a dead mouse up within feet of my face as I gave him the trash bag. If I had wished to provide everything myself and see dead mice I wouldn't have hired a company and paid a lot of money.
      To add insult to injury, the tech no-showed our third internal visit and after a lengthy phone calls with several employees/managers, one manager promised a tech would come two days later. I got a text that morning stating that visit was cancelled. I was told the manager who would've ordered the cancellation was "on vacation". The manager I spoke with two days prior promising the visit was "on lunch". Not one manager offered true accountability or customer-oriented solutions. The company is too big, too spread out and has too many "cooks in the kitchen" (manager structure) to serve a customer well.

      Stephanie did a great job. Have been receiving treatments for a couple years now. First time also for rodent control today. Stephanie took me through it step-by-step. She was friendly, professional, cooperative, and knowledgeable, Am hoping she comes next time and on a regular basis rather than a different technician each time. I would give her 6 out of 5 stars if mathematically possible.

      I have called 3 seperate times because we have continued issues with bugs at our home mostly spiders in winter and crickets in summer nothing like ants or bees. I was offered an in between visit the first time I called. After three more visits one was a free in between, I was notified of a scheduled appointment and believed I was finally done with this company. Dont bother discussing financial concerns they do not care. You must pay for them to complete all visits in your contract even if your completely unsatisified with their service or you have to pay 250 dollars to cancel for a service you no longer want. I will never recommend them. Their service did nothing, was a waist of money I could have used to pay other bills, and their main goal when you call is to push your services out with "free visits" that when the technician comes they spen 10 to 15 minutes at your home for 150 dollars or more. You cannot get out of the contract unless you give in and pay the 250. And I still have to pay for this last visit, AND call them to cancel for good. Its a scam. I CANNOT WAIT TO BE DONE!

      Great technicians. Never recommend services that are unnecessary. I have been insect and rodent free for over a year. Communication with me before during and after service is professional and friendly.
