1 starWould give zero stars if possible. Very unprofessional company. Today the technician arrived at my house around 7:45 WITHOUT notifying us and sat in the driveway for about 20 minutes. Because of this, we did not have have enough time to treat the interior of my home. Multiple times theyve tried signing me up and charging me for the rodent baiting when I never once wanted it. Tried to cancel completely and they were going to charge me $250.Review fromKay H

1 starThey did a very poor job explaining what I was signing up for and then the sales ***************** me a phone and the person catches me off guard with the number of services I was actually agreeing to. I didnt notice any difference after each additional treatment. After 5 treatments, I canceled ant they charged an additional $249 for early termination. I paid it just ti be rid of them. They have pushy salespeople, they trick you into agreeekng by pressuring you to immediately talk to a sales rep who records you agreeing but the terms have suddenly changed. Always does a great job! Definitely happy to have Greenix servicing my home. I've seen a big drop in insect and rodent activity.

1 starWarning: ************ uses predatory practice. The initial service mostly not working, because they use ineffective, outdated baits which attract rodents to the bait station, which is right outside the house. After a month or so, you house will have influx of hundred more percent of rodent activities, then they said your problem is serious. You need this or that service, to add on. If you dont want to, they say you want to cancel your service, of course out of anger, I already paid money and will continue more money put in, did not see any effect, you answer yes, they cancel and charge 250+ tax. Very conveniently just click. And hang you up. But I still wish to get the problem solved, called them back, I wish to have problems taken cared of, rather cancel, can you come out check those stations and put more baits? Why the baits did not work? Why after service I have increased rodent population, rather than you said after ***** days 80% eliminated?! He said the baits May have run out after 30 days. I asked them why should the baits ran out since you put on the schedule of 90 days, even though I pay the monthly?! They cancelled my contract, and will not reinstate it, they want me sign a new contract, promising will put the most, freshest baits in, the new contract can be the same charge everything stays the same. Does not have to cost more,Can you trust them? If I sign again, I will definitely end up with two cancelation fees. Because they will just want lure you into more contracts, more add on services, without solving any of initial problems. like me unluckily, they made the problems much worse. After 45 days payments or service I have spent hours and days, buying everything possible on the market to drive much more in flux of rodent activities out of my house. The Greenix technician **** did a very professional job of explaining the procedure for avoiding rodent invasion -showed where boxes were placed - answered questions and informed me of who to contact if there were any problems. I was very satisfied with the service.Greenix Pest Control
