      The spiders are not gone and they have not returned my texts to come back and respray. I called customer service and when I asked to cancel service they sent me to account manager ****. **** was very rude, he did not care about my concerns and interrupted me when I was talking. Every time I brought up a reason( didn't kill spiders, no body getting back to me when I reached out, treated area inside house left dripping residue on baseboards, etc) for wanting to stop service he had an lame excuse and said I would be charged $249 for canceling service. The worst part was **** kept basically blaming me for their product/service not working.

      DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY! Service has gone down tremendously. There have been times in 2022 when they never showed (2xs) then on multiple occasions they never gave a heads up they were coming. My last service the **** TEXTED ME AT 2:45 am to say he would be there at 8am. I told him we wouldnt be there and they said it is a glitch in there system. When I asked about the no shows they said they had a number of techs quit and they didnt have the staff but they were hiring. (Well thats not my fought) Then when I went to cancel my service they said our contract had ended but we still had 2 treatments on our flea and tick and we would have to pay $249 to get out of the contract. We would have never signed up for the flea and tick had it not been for their recommendation. Ironically the last time they were out they tried to get us to add additional services for rodents and sign another contract. This company has the absolute worst service, the quality of there services they provide barely does anything, if they even show. Ill say it again DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY! They are scammers that try to tie you into a contract then not provide the level of service they agreed to. Also initially they used to clean off the cobwebs outside and inside, wait why do I have cobwebs inside if theyre supposed to be treating for spiders (inside and out). HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY !

      ***** did an excellent job completing the service and explaining what was done. He offered an extended flea/tic treatment, which I have accepted. Thanks for a great job!

      I appreciated the pre & post communications with the technician. I could tell ***** did a very thorough job and took his time.Greenix employees have always been excellent to work with.

      I would give them no stars if I could. I called them to remove hornets that were getting into my home. I gave them $250 for a one time treatment. They came out and treated my home 4 times and I still have the same amount of hornets that I started with. I even got stung. They now tell me I have to take the yearly treatment or they won't come out again. They TOLD me they WOULD get rid of my hornets in the beginning. I called another company and they came out the next day and my hornets are gone and they didn't charge me $250. These people don't know what they are doing. He never even put a bee suit on. You don't go up to a live hornets nest in a t-shirt and jeans. They are only in it for the money. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!

      Let the buyer beware: I did get the service I paid for (albeit expensively); but it was difficult to cancel. For semi-monthly rodent baiting at our home we had to sign a 1-year contract; however, they did not stop the service automatically after that. Just after the final contracted baiting, I sent an e-mail message 8/14/22 to Greenix' main office with my account number requesting to cancel the service. I requested a reply but they never sent one. Five weeks later I looked up my account on their website and they still had six (6) upcoming visits scheduled into mid-2023! I called their toll-free line, briefly got the run-around, and finally they resolved the issue--sending me an e-mail confirmation and cancelling the service. NOT RECOMMENDED.

      Excellent service. Bola , the technician, was awesome. Very efficient and informative. **** went above and beyond what was expected. I would recommend Greennix.

      Awsome and very prompt response.I called on Friday Sept 16, 2022 and they came on Monday Sept. 19,2022 to take care of a bee problem. They are very nice and explained things. Will recommed them. The price was very good.
