Very polite gentleman. Had no fear of the wasp issue I had. He came back the next morning to check on the aftermath of the treatment and to my surprise there was no activity. He was very informative of what he used & how it worked. Nice to see a company that does follow up with their promises.Greenix Pest Control

1 starI WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD! I purchased a bug control package, upon learning that I already has pest control I went to cancel the service. I called the *************** office and spoke with "****" whilst explaining my issue, **** up and transferred me in the middle of my sentence with no warning. When a lady picked up from my transfer, I introduced myself and she HUNG UP ON ME. I also work at a bank and have seen multiple issues where this company has continued to charge customers after cancelling service AND blatantly refusing to work with customers to refund any money they have collected inappropriately. COMPLETE SCAM DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH ANYTHING. TELL THEM TO GET BENT!!!! NOT WORTH THE HEADACHES OF THE AFTERMATH!!!!!!!Review fromMary M
