      Worst customer experience of my life!! Account manager **** (refused to give me an employee #) was absolutely the most unprofessional employee I've ever talked to. continued to call me dude and bro. I really hope the conversation was recorded and used as a perfect example how not to speak to a customer. Would never let them on my property again... the worst!

      BEWARE! Its a huge SCAM. Someone rang our door **** and dropped off a brochure for greenix. We contacted the agent named **** & after all the information was shared and the back and forth texts, I had told him on call that we would need some time to decide so unless we contact you please dont reach out anymore. A week later he called again, I did not answer. He then called me with a blocked number (no caller ID) Five minutes after those two calls, He just showed up at our door. He made us sign up and asked for a check number. I had told him we would sign up the next day once we think it through and were running late (I did not appreciate him showing up unannounced and forcing us to sign under pressure) He said we can service as early as tomorrow, we requested to schedule our first service with them for the next day at 2pm saying we would NOT be home before that, the garage and basement needed to be treated as part of our agreement. The next morning at 9am, **** texted us saying the service was done. How??? If we werent home how did you get inside to do our garage and basement??? Also, when we reached home, the exterior was still covered in spider webs.. like nothing was done. There was a card on the door saying the house was inspected and treated. We both were shocked!! Their lead pest control ***** (very honest) came by later yesterday and inspected the exterior. He said that the work was not at all acceptable and it did not look like anything was done. We called greenix customer service, spoke to an account manager named ****** and cancelled the contract within one day of signing up. The contract says you can cancel within the first three day of signing up. We cancelled the service yesterday and still got a **** in the email for $104. The agent said she waived it but my subscription was still on. What?? Had to call again and ****** confirmed that she had forgot to hit the cancel button yest, that we are now definitely cancelled as of 8/12/22. Good Riddance!!

      We received services from Rise and they were wonderful. They then changed to Greenix Pest Control. We've had them come out twice, and neither time were their service effective. I'd asked the gentlemen (who was nice) to give the back patio extra attention. I'm not sure if he did. But both the past couple times, we couldn't even tell that they'd been there. Called to cancel and they just left us on hold for about 30 minutes and we finally hung up.

      ********************* was great. He came to the door and asked what I needed done. He did what I asked outside and I asked if he could come also inside even though I had not scheduled it but he did and did what I asked him to do. Great job I give him a 10 thanks

      Explanation of what was to be done to remove the bees was very good. The execution of the removal of the bees was also very good,The technician was very professional.

      I had an ant infestation I couldn't control. My husband has had cancer twice, so I wanted the "least chemical" option I could find. I chose Greenix. Do not make my mistake. They make you sign a long-term contract for services you don't want. My cancellation fee was $250. Did they solve my ant problem? Yes. Are they now a continuous pain in the butt? Yes.

      If I could give no stars I would. This service did not eliminate or stop insects from entering. We actually noticed significantly more spiders after treatment. The inside of the house wasn't treated, only the outside. I was told this would be sufficient. It wasn't. I signed a 1 year contact and attempted to end after two treatments because the service did not work. The company continued service even though I made MULTIPLE calls requesting an end. They continued to service our house and **** our credit card after the contract date even though I would cancel upon getting a notice that they were scheduled to come out. I demanded a refund and I'm waiting for it. I was also told that they continue servicing customers after the end of a contract because most people love their service so much. Apparently multiple calls attempting to cancel don't sway this decision.
