      The initial consultation went great, the service technician was very pleasant to deal with. First and second services went good with same technician texting me day before treatment, but then.Now I seem to get different technicians with only same day notice. Also frequency of services have randomly increased. I wasnt scheduled for a ************* but guess who showed up today?, yep. My biggest gripe is somehow they have put me on auto **** which I NEVER approved of, I dont do that for any of my bills. Quite fishy how that happened!!! I will be canceling as soon as contract is up. DO NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT!!!! Look elsewhere

      I requested a tech come by in July and have yet to receive an appointment or a follow up. I had an appointment scheduled that was last minute cancelled and the company is still taking monthly funds without providing the contracted services. I'll be submitting a dispute to my credit card company for not completing the requested services.

      1st off other than the lies they tell, they never killed none of the bugs and stuff they say they're gonna kill and then they only do the outside they never do the inside but they charge me for both every time I call the ************ office I could never speak with a supervisor and no one with authority never return my calls they always lying and sending person to person and playing a phone tag game, having the customer representatives to tell all kind of lies and I would like them to either end my contract, regund all of money and or fix the problem. I'm trying to reach the corporate I can't seem to find a number for them somebody needs to be available if you're going to be doing business.

      Company is terrible. Nothing they did worked. Still had spiders and wasps everywhere at my house less than a month after service

      Greenix was very prompt when I called about an infestation of ants which occurred after we had our house pressure power washed. They came to redust our home for spiders and other flying insects and they sprayed for ants at no extra charge. ***** did the service and he was outstanding.
