      I am beyond disappointed. I ordered Highlights High Five September 9th for our granddaughter for her birthday. On ************ I called to find out where her first issue was. I was informed it was undeliverable. I waa not notified of this, I had to call to be told. When I gave a change if address for delivery to me I was informed the first issue wouldn't be here until February 2025. Totally unacceptable. Lousy customer service.

      Hello Ms. ******* thanks for taking the time to share your experience with us. I'm sorry to learn that you've had difficulties with your gift subscription. Whenever an issue is returned back marked "Undeliverable", a letter regarding this is generated and sent to the buyer's address on file. I apologize if it wasn't received. The address change was effective with the next available issue: FEB25 copy arriving in January, and the subscription term was also completely restarted at that time. Your gift subscription was then cancelled and a full refund was generated. Please feel free to contact us at ****************************************** with any additional questions or concerns.
