I spoke with ****** this morning when I found out the wrong order had been shipped out to me. They had the problem solved in less than 5 minutes. They are sending out the correct order complimentary and refunded what I had spent on the first order. ******* customer service was phenomenal and unmatched by other companies recently.

The grand kiddos outgrew the two subscriptions and i needed to cancel but i had no record of my acct # or anything so I typed a bunch of letters and Queen and ****** both jumped in and helped and solved my problem!!!! Thank you!

I did get a response to my message but it had nothing to do with my problem. I was charged double for and old subscription and was told that I owed for my new subscription.I suppose it will not be easy straightening this up.

Oh, thank you ! I forgot what age range I ordered for our Granddaughter. Shes 10, so 9-12 is perfect !She really enjoys them !
