      Highlights has been a favorite of mine since I was a child. Last Christmas we gifted both our granddaughters with subscriptions. I wasn't sure what the two-year-old would think about High Five. But she takes them to bed with her and reads them in her crib! I had a wonderful experience with the **************** **** ******* when it was time to renew. Thank you, Highlights!

When placing an order this information is provided. An email reminder is also sent to the email address on file about ***** days prior to the expiration date/charge.       We were gifted a 3 year subscription to High Five and loved it. It was time to switch to Highlights, but I didn't know our account # or how to extend the subscription and billing. ****** helped us on the online chat and made everything so easy for us. Thank you for the excellent help and a fun magazine!

      My grandson has gotten various levels of the Highlights magazines for years but has outgrown it. My granddaughter has grown into Highlights so I was able to use his renewed subscription to move her up and only paid for one subscription. ****** was very pleasant and accomplished that task nicelyvery happy!

      My grandchildren are too old now for the highlights magazine. While they enjoyed it for a couple of years it was time to cancel my subscription I spoke to ****** on the chat line and your representative canceled my subscription as requested with no problems at all.

      I contacted Highlights on 8-28-0222 about getting a sample copy of their magazine and getting their phone number to call and subscribe. ***** was very helpful and contacted me pretty quickly. I would use this service again. It worked well.

      I was mistakenly shipped several editions of Highlights puzzle books. I sent an email to customer service and the problem was immediately resolved. I also was allowed to keep the puzzle books! That's great customer service. I will continue to order the magazine for my grandbabies.
