  I have my own rental insurance. New company took over this complex and I transferred my insurance info to them. I have ALWAYS carried my own insurance. In September 2022 I started a new lease( my mistake,) I was then charged $12 for not having insurance for the month of September ( I have insurance with my insurance company) I again showed them proof of insurance that has never lapsed. They credited me $8 and refused to credit the remaining amount $4 because I didn't get it to them. The info I sent them clearly stated my insurance never lapsed. I know its only $4 but if they are doing this to multiple people image how much money they are STEALING from people. This company is a JOKE and a SCAM.

  This is a joke insurance that scams apartment complexes and I wish mine did not sign with them. We have had the liability waiver fee, Which I submitted a month early, and they still are charging us per month for not waiving charges for not using them as an apartment insurance. Total joke and scam. Monthly $10 charges which are not reimbursed because they dont answer calls from renter AND EVEN apartment managers.

  Not surprised that this business is not accredited. My apartment complex required us to enroll into this VERY SUBPAR company to protect THEIR interests with renters insurance. Many thefts have occurred in our apartment neighborhood and to my surprise this peril is NOT covered by Foxen. I had a homeless man break into my home and steal many items from my home while my two children were asleep in our room.I filed a claim and dealt with a ***************************. He had me provide very personal photos as proof of ownership and then called me to tell me he had just had a chance to review my policy. TWO WEEKS after opening the claim he told me that it isnt covered. AFTER I sent all of my personal photos. It felt like a huge trigger of being taken from all over again. Poor business conduct, poor business product, JUST POOR. This company does not deserve any accreditation or business.

  Apartments had us sign up for Foxens Renters Insur, and the charges were to appear with our rent ****, but we were given the option to fill out form to have liability waiver fee lifted once we showed proof of personal coverage; which I was approved for. The charges were later on added on my rent, like after the second month of these changes. Emails were sent to me, they were of no help at all, only confused me more, and never heard anything back, and the charges just keep appearing on my rent ****. My neighbor is experiencing the same thing. She did exactly what I did with following the steps to get approval for no liability charges on her rent being she is covered personally. She is getting charged too! I really feel like these people are just robbing people blind of their money....I'm getting two liability charges, and I don't know why, and nobody will explain it to me. This is going on for almost 4 months now. **************** tells me they can't do anything to help me, I have to go to Foxen about this matter. We'll, now....I'm coming to you guys because Foxen isn't answering or helping this matter at all!!!!! My apartments are ***************** Apartments ************* *******. They are under BH Management Services,LLC Foxen Renters Insurance is whom I'm filing complaint on. I don't feel like they are being honest, and after seeing my neighbor getting charged too was the topper.
