      The roof was not properly done. I worked on roofing with my father for years, there are nails that are not properly fastened, the shingles were not properly extended, it's just a lot of stuff that's not proper but covered with useless stuff to hide the clear sign of malpratice. I hired this company for 16000 dollars, I want my roof done right.

      8/4/22 Day of roof installation; conversation with ***** **** about drip edge getting put on “around” gutter hangers. 
      Mr. ******** wanted roof crew to take off the old gutters to put drip edge on. We don’t do it that way because we can’t guarantee that a gutter crew can put on the new gutters the next day.  This could cause rain issues and damage.  
      We install drip edge this way on every roof, whether we are replacing gutters or not. This was explained in detail to Mr. ******** 


      8/11/22  Mr. ******** called in and spoke with a rep for over 20 minutes. He wanted things done a certain way; the way he would have done it. We explained to him that practices change and this is the way we do it.  We are confident in our process and his warranty would cover any issues resulting from defective installation.  We mailed him a copy of his contract, per his request. 


      8/24/22  Gutter crew was on site today, downspout extenders put on.


      Mr. ********’s complaints about the nails and shingles, and over all malpractice is unwarranted.  His roof and gutters were replaced according to his contract and in good standing.

      9.1.2022, BBB received a phone call from **** ********. He said when wood sheeting replaced, rotten trusses were not repaired so nails were driven into "air" no wood to hole nails. Before roof replaced water ran down valley and into gutter. After new roof put on and new gutters put on, the water running down the valley runs over gutter and onto ground. Mr. ******** has photos showing problems and will work on sending photos to BBB via email.

      We have reached out to one of our gutter crews to schedule a
      diverter to be put on his gutters in the valley the customer is referring to.

      The rotten trusses have been explained to the
      customer. Our responsibility as a roofing company, is from
      the decking up. We would have been incapable of hanging new gutters if
      the condition of his rafter tails were rotten to the degree he is claiming. The condition of his rafters did not prevent us from performing a proper
      installation of both his roof and gutters; and we hold our own warranty
      regarding such.

      Roof not finished some plywood bowing in and some push up where plywood meets, chimney leaks, missing bracket. The damage to the inside where nails come into house not fixed the way promised. Double charge for insulation and for metal wrap. Did not put adhesive on roof which was reason price raised from origninal contract but did not take that cost off of bill.
