Very happy with their professionalism and quick work to replace our garage roof. They came early in the morning and finished completely by 4:30 pm. Ripping off old shingles and replacing 12 sheets of plywood with sturdy replacements, then cleaning up every nail around the site was wonderful. Their price was much less than roofers from *********, ******** All I can say is, Thank you very much ??Mr. Roof, Able Roofing, Crane Renovation Group & Contractors Inc

1 starIf I could go lower than a 1 star, I would. Back on August 19th, a salesman named **** ****** from the Mr **** Grand Rapids office based in *************, MI came over to my girlfriends house and was working with her on potentially getting the roof redone on her house through Mr ***** A deal was made and he got my girlfriend approved through **************** for $10,000 of the quoted $12,900 for the roof. The deal was signed on this day. I was on my way home from work but my girlfriend ******* called me and had me on speaker phone so I could hear everything that was being said. She asked **** how long we had to pay the remaining balance of $2900 and he said that wed have 60 days upon completion of the job. Fast forward 10 days later to August 29th, we had roofers doing the job. The next day, an inspector from the ***************** in ********************* came out and noted a cable wire wasnt properly put back into place so he just tucked it into some siding in the house. He also noted some other little nit picky work to fully seal off the attic was needed but that and the cable wire would be taken care of. Here we are on September 29th and still no one has come out to fix these issues and finish the job. Also, **** Gelocks 60 day for the balance due ended up not being true as Mr **** is demanding payment now. Mr ****** did reach out to ******* about this and his story changed to 45 days after the contract is signed for paying the balance due which a man named ***** from the main ************** in **** said isnt true either. Mr **** is refusing to abide by what their salesman **** ****** to *********** stating they allegedly dont offer payment plans. Plus, theyre wanting the balance due for a job thats not even done!!! Spoke to an office manager ****** at the ********************* office last week and she was supposed to have Mr ****** call ******* hasnt done that!!! Fail to see why hes being allowed to lie and change his story and why Mr **** is refusing to do the right thing.Review fromSteve S

1 starWhere to start first of all a one day job turned into three days The job site was left a complete disaster each evening little to no effort made to pick up anything including lunch, garbage snack garbage having half bags of chips, rolled up and stuck in tree branches pieces of debris that had been pushed off the roof lodged into central air unit that is only a couple months old falling through a bedroom ceiling and not notifying me at all. Ill come home and walk into this with my dog in the insulation not completing the things on the list. They did not complete blocking off advance so they were out today two weeks after to do that and lo and behold , the guy doing that comes through my dining room ceiling stay as far away from this company as humanly possible you will regret hiring them for any project on your home. I refuse to let the guy finish doing the coverage of the attic vents because I cannot take any more damage to my home . It doesnt allow me to leave a zero star rating so I will leave one star, but in my opinion, they dont deserve anyReview fromSue H

As far as I can tell Mr. **** did a good job replacing our roof. We got our quote from **** who explained all the options and answered all our questions. The crew was there when we were told they would be and we watched them working from across the street off and on. They were careful to protect our plants and property. Other than about a half hour for lunch every one of them worked their tails off from beginning to end. They did a good job with the clean up too. I dont really know a lot about roofs but from what I saw and how it looks I would hire them again.Mr. Roof, Able Roofing, Crane Renovation Group & Contractors Inc

We had our roof replaced mid February. After they installed it, the next day it had snowed so I didn’t noticed anything. When the snow melted we noticed all these scratches on our patio that was not there before. The property manager came out to look at it. And then a few days later he came back out with crack filler to put over the scratches. It dried and looked horrible. I texted the property manager to tell him. No response. I waited a week and texted him again and then he called to tell me to power wash it to see if it would fade. Well it did not fade. So I texted him and no response again. So I called the office to complain and I told them I wanted to talk to someone different. Another property manager came out and said that the crack filler should have never been on the scratches and bought something to try and shave off the color of the crack filler. He told me to wait and see what my husband thinks of it when he gets home. My husband saw it and said he did not like it cause you can still see the discolored. I called him Monday morning to tell him and he said that it would fade after several months. I asked him what if it doesn’t? He told me basically we are on our own and would need a new patio. I told him that I am not paying for this patio because we did not put these scratches. Then he had mentioned that he was told that we made the scratches with our patio furniture. I told him that we have pushed our table and chairs across that patio and have never left any scratches. He told me that he would get back to me because he has to talk to his staff to see on what to do and now it has been almost two weeks and have not had a text or a call from anyone. 1 starThey caused numerous points of damage to my siding and fascia while replacing my roof, then tried to state it was only cosmetic. Had rolled shingles/improper cuts on shingles, a corner of my roof was not fastened down properly, they broke light fixtures and did not follow code on step flashing, left massive gaps between fascia and drip edge, did not trim OSB to for the roof and left over hanging by an inch in places, and would not make repairs until I threatened contacting the BBB and my home owners insurance. Have refused to put me in contact with anyone in higher management. Contacted me after a Google review to yell at me for it being negative.
