      I had a roof installed in June 2022, the roofers damaged my siding by removing part of the house that was not included in the agreement. I have contact them numerous times since the day the roof was finished telling them about my issues. I went ahead okayed their payment after being assured they would fix the issues. My last contact was in September 2022 at which time they wrote a work order and told me they would be back in two weeks, It has now been a total of 4 months of them telling me they would be back in 2 weeks and my house siding they messed up still hasn't been secured and I still have bare wood showing. They tell me it won't take long to fix but after 4 months I am wondering how reputable they are. I paid close to 15000.00 for the roof and gutters that were installed and they are making zero effort to address the damage they caused.

      Constituent states in May had high pressure sales person to give her a quote to replace her roof. Wanted new roof, roof cap & soffit replaced. Work was poorly done and skylight was not properly installed. Had separate inspection done and many shingles needed repaired. $20,846 total, Paid $15,000 deposit. Work has warranty Wants 24 damaged shingles repaired and to only pay $3,855.46 balance, not additional amount the

      In August I entered into a contract with Mr Roof. I paid $1,000 dollars for gutter guards.
      ***** ******* the sales Rep showed me the gutter guard the company sells. When the contractor showed on Sept 16th he did not bring the same product and told me this is what you get. I said that's not what I paid for.
      Reached out to Mr Roof and they claim they are going to give me the product I paid for.
      To date I have heard nothing. This project has been a nightmare since day one. I just want a refund for the product I paid for and did not receive.

      First I must say I believe this company is not the original Mr.Roof that has been in business for over 60 but bought into the franchise, because businesses don’t get this far with fake people! In September their representative **** can to my home for and estimate for my roof, which was merely a repair, ( fill in a few holes, replace some loose nails, and repair around the chimney ( tuck and point, repair around the stacks) I never received a call to inform me when the work would be done, but 3 weeks later (on a Sunday morning) I see 4 men in my driveway… when asked what they were doing …. Guess what they didn’t speak a bit of English! So they had to call another man (*******) to translate to them. Point given… **** told me they don’t don’t sub-contract their work out to anyone! So after which they left and later return and when they did they were on the roof about 10/15 minutes before I realized someone was walking around my roof, and I asked them to leave I don’t do business on a Sunday! Later that afternoon ******* call with an Explanation about what was going on, and told me how apologetic he was and would looking to things on Monday. Monday he called and said he would come out and inspect the job, he came and left called and said the work was completed! ( what a bunch of crock) there’s no way this work was done in 10/15… which makes me feel like I paid $2300.00 for a 10/15 job! So he was supposed to return on Friday I guess to reassure me the job was did. But I didn’t see nor here him! These people are disrespectful to the homeowner( by not allowing them the courtesy to let them know they are on your property) I feel like a woman that went to a mechanic for an oil change and he told me I need a wheel alignment! I feel like I was just ripped off and it all started with **** their representative!

      Maybe you can help resolve this problem and I can get reassurance that my roof was done for the amount of money that they charged!

      I had my roof installed by Mr. Roof with their so called lifetime limited warranty. My roof has been leaking, and I've called them out 3 times to repair the roof, and they claimed it was the chimney leaking. I opened up the drywall and exposed the damage and ran water to expose the leak. The leak is coming from the flashing, and when I called Mr. Roof out, they wanted a service fee even though they have been out 3 times and keep naming other things as the issue. The Roof should be covered under the "Lifetime Warranty"

      Please beware they will not take responsibility for their damage, and keep blaming other things for the issue.

      Our service techs have identified that the leak is coming from the chimney. Gaps in the mortar
      and the deetiolated wood around the chimney, as shown in the photos. As a professional roofing contractor, we have been on many roofs and tracked many water leaks. It requires this professional level of review in order to truly identify water entry. Often times customers think water is entering from one area, but usually it is entering from a different place. We've inspected and provided as much guidance as we can to this customer regarding this issue. Our warranty does not cover these chimney repairs and would require a separate service contract.

      In 2009 Mr. Roof install a 30 year roof. The quality of the work was good and the staff was professional. Howerver over the past years I would get birds in my attic at the ends of the front of my house, left and right side.
      After nesting the birds will disappear. And this year around August I started getting squirrels in my attic so I call out Critter Control on 8/29/2022 and they inspected the house and it cost me $301.20 for the inspection. Upon their finding they stated that there was no drip edge in the front of the house but there was a drip edge on the sides and back. They quoated me a price of $1001.46 and stated whoever installed the roof should have installed the drip edge in the front as well. I have contacted Mr. Roof about this issue and have had a representive come out to the house (******) and he stated that a drip edge should have been installled in the front along with the rest of the house. He stated he wasn't sure why this wasn't installed and he would reach out to his manager this was on 8/31/2021. And I never heard back from him until I called him today around 12:49 pm he stated that he would call hi manager and get back with me in about 10 minutes. I never heard back from him but I sent him a text around 5:25 pm and he replied and now I feel like I am getting the run around. I hear the squirrels in the attic it's affecting my sleep, I am having anexity and stress over this.
      This could become a health care issue if the squirrels get in my house and I have stated this to ******.

      from his roof decking to his fascia wood. Our drip edge, even
      commercial grade would not cover that spacing. A gutter crew was hired to handle the issue.

      I am rejecting this response because:  Mr. Roof should compensate me for the $301 I paid the Critter control company to just tell me the front drip edge is missining. It was their neglect in 2009 that caused the problem in the 1st place. Also there is missing drip edge around the chimmey per Mr.Roof representative (******). They need to install that.

      Also they should reimburse me for the missing drip edge in front of house part and labor that should have been installed and I was charged for it.

      We contracted through Mr Roof to replace our vinyl siding. After the work was completed we notice multiple areas where the siding or J channel was messed up. We contacted Mr Roof about our concerns. It took approximately 2 weeks for the representative to come back to our house to see what was needed. I was informed by the representative that he would get a crew out to make the repairs needed. It took another 2 weeks after the representative for the contractor to make arrangements to come back out and now we are at 1 month and still no repairs being done. I have been told by the company that they currently do not have a contractor that does siding repair due to there last one quitting. My contract was with Mr Roof and feel that they need to get these repairs done.

      Mr Roof installed my siding and garage door in 2018. Had problems right away …they installed the door upside down and it buckled (cheap door) and not experienced in garage doors. Then my siding pulled away after a heavy wind/rain. They came and put back in til the next time and the next time and so on. It’s still pulling away and has caused leaking inside my foyer. (About three times which they never addressed). This happened again yesterday and they said my warranty has expired. It was not installed correctly from day one. It’s been a never ending problem.

      My roof was replaced in 2019, and is still under warranty. In the last month we noticed a leak in the attic and placed a bucket to catch the drops while contacting Mr. Roof. They did send Tyler to inspect and he confirmed it is covered under warranty - going on the roof to show a few shingles have lifted and just need to be replaced. He stated he would get a crew out her within the week - that was three weeks ago. I have called several times and been told Tyler will be alerted to my need, and then this Monday spoke w/Susan and she said someone would get this fixed either this Thursday or Friday. Today is Friday and still no sign of crew to fix this. I have been pleasant and simply want it fixed but apparently that is not a concern for them. I want it fixed.

The company has sent someone out twice to assess and promise repairs but it has taken a month to get attention, and then only after filing this complaint. I do not accept this statement from the company as resolution of this situation.

      I was charged $2,000 an hour for labor. I was quoted for a roof tune-up. Had I know in advance that the work would only take a 1/2 hour and that my billing rate was $2,000 or a total of $995.
      I would not have agreed to the work. Tried to work with the salesmen and home office, but was told that the rate of $2000 an hour was not unusual.

      1) Can them confirm that the Salesman did not get on my roof or did not use a drone to make an assessment of my roof

      2) did the inspector on the work completed did not go to the wrong house, because he said he was there, but the video feed on the front yard did not see have that day...

      Yes, I have been in contract with Mr. Roof (Jesse). He told me he would call me back with some answers. I now have been waiting 11 days for a call back with answers.

      1) Why did the salesmen not get on the roof to inspect it ?

      2) Did the supervisor that came to review the work on the roof, go to the wrong house. I have outside video equipment and did not see anyone at the house at 11:00am that day
