Mr. Roof was exceptional!
Stephan came out to give us a quote. He was on time, courteous, professional and accurate with said quote given.
Our roof was leaking and it was a time sensitive matter. We received a call 3 days later after deposit had been made and a crew was out the following morning. Mario was heading a crew of 8-10 men that day. He introduced himself and gave us a rundown of what would take place during the day.
They worked very hard and got a very large roof done along with replacing many boards that had been damaged since our roof had been leaking for quite some time.
They got the whole job done in one day, the yard was cleaned up with not nail or sliver of wood left behind. 100% satisfied with the whole process. 5 STARS!!!Mr. Roof, Able Roofing, Crane Renovation Group & Contractors Inc

Mr Roof was the best Contractor I have ever used since I have owned homes for the last 45 years. They were prompt, friendly, hard working, excellent workmanship and clean up. I paid Mr. Roof/Cincinnati with a full up-front deposit for repair services at my home. Over the next five months, Mr. Roof failed multiple times with different materials and personnel to successfully complete the contracted repairs - no solutions worked and they finally gave up and just walked away from the mess that had been created. A 7 guys team, came at the time they said the’ll come, job done in half day, cleaned up after well. The price was acceptable for the quality job. The only issue would be the form of payment… if you want to pay with a credit card but there would be an additional 3% to the final bill…

Extremely polite and respectful of property, did a fantastic job. I loved how they smiled and laughed a lot together . At one point some were singing, I loved it. Their workmanship is wonderful. I highly recommend them.
