I started IVIM in Aug of '24. I recieved my first medicine shot kit (g1lp) the end of Aug.
Initially they were responsive and I was getting emails almost a few times a week. I would get your 1 week down motivation emails. After my first call with a practioner at the of Sept I let her know I had only lost 5lbs. I was actually working out so I wasn't sure if it was the shot or working out but I thought it should be more.
This first ground I paid for 3 months. Each month I met with a provider they always would say, well the next month with your increase of dosage you will lose more.
My third month call in Dec, (since that was my last payment) I felt the tone shifted with the traction practitioner. When I told her after 3 months I hadn't lost any weight. In fact I had gained weight since being on the meds. She told me that I more than likely I needed to switch to a different g1lp and take a higher dosage. That sometimes different ones work better. She told me I could only get the 6month one because I was no longer a new patient so if I wanted to try to lose more weight and move forward I had to get the 6months.
I purchased the 6months with the higher dosage. Since then, I have no longer received ******** about touch points or appointments. Only their spam mail. Also they use to send one month at a time. They sent all the remaining months at one time.
Last month I stop paying the 74 fee for them to call since no one was calling me or making apps anymore. I still am paying towards the 6 months. I have gained 20lbs on these meds. My stomach feels hard. Recently had a cancerous SFT removed. Not sure if related but never had tissue issues near my abdomen until this medicine. I recently discovered the likes and comments on the page are only from the owner and her friends and paid bots. It's not a real company and its fraud and I want all of my money back. I can send whatever documentation that is needed.

On May 24, 2025 I placed an order with this company. I have not received said order. Since then I have contacted numerous times and have received nothing but a run around from them. When you type them a message on the app. It's been hit and miss as to someone actually answering that message. I did find a number for them that is supposed to be customer support however after more than 30 minutes each time all the person that answers the phone can do is take a message. Then no one returns the phone call, the most you get is a text message with no answer just a thank you for reaching out and they will forward it to another person. After that I never hear from anyone.Business Response

I purchsed a three month program of compounded tirzepatide and support services to go along with it. I have tried to cancel but do not have an option on the app. The website says that I have a membership with terms that i cannot cancel, which is not something i would ever agree to. The message says to contact support, but there is no way to contact support. The email and text channels where i have received communication are not monitored. The email only offered a cancellation of the account and not a refund of the unauthorized extension beyond the initial three month term. The charge of $74.99 from June 12 needs to be credited in order for the dispute to be resolved.

It has been 15 days since I placed my order with IVIM Health for a two month supply of semaglutide. I have paid them $75 this month for their subscription and $350 for the semaglutide.
My husband also placed an order 15 days ago and has not receive this order. He also paid $75 for this month and $350 for the semaglutide.
Currently, I have been on hold for 45 minutes with no answer. I do not get a response to my emails or text messages.

the company, for the last 15 days has yet to resolve my issue. Now they are stalling and haven’t returned my money. Between my husband and I they have $850 of our money
we’ve requested a refund, we were told to wait, order hasn’t been produced and we still haven’t received our refund

6/7/25 marks three months I have been with this program and I want to cancel. I was told after 3 payments I could cancel my account. I have been trying to reach out via chat, text, and phone. Now no one wants to respond or follow up. I have even said I need to sue. I want to be released from this company NOW. It was a mistake to sign up and I never will again. To others looking to do business, I suggest not. Ignoring someone is not proffessional especially when you are playing with my health and money. I paid for an order and have not received my product! The medication was supposed to be here within ***** days and its not and then on top of that they charged me for another month subscription and I want the meds and my subscription canceled immediately!!!! I agreed to a two month subscription with two months of medication. I was told ***** days for delivery. It has been well past two weeks going into the third week of waiting for the medication. I am unable to cancel my subscription of $74 a month and the online chat is slow and no response. Ive left messages and no return calls. I placed an order with IVIM health on 5/19, in the amount of $594.00. I have not received the product, no updates other than "we are working on your order," and I can't afford to have $594 floating out there with nothing to show for it, and an additional $75 "membership fee" scheduled to come out 6/19. I am a single mom on a very small income, and spending that amount was a huge decision based on health benefits. But now, I feel like I had $594 stolen from me. I have contacted the business and asked politely, in a concise manner for the refund and member cancellation only to be told it would be looked in to....and nothing has been done since then. Responses previously were quite quick to tell me "it's being worked on," and now I get nothing. Please refund me my money and cancel my membership.Business Response

I think this company started out okay, but it’s rapidly going downhill. I’ve received no explanation after I reported receiving medication that wasn’t properly sealed, and I can’t get a refill to process, because their system has been down for days. Honestly though, with the way they have handled the unsealed medication issue, I no longer trust them and just want a refund (approx. $800) for the medication not received and the remainder I’ve prepaid for the membership. I posted on their community page asking about how they planned to handle customers who had a year long prepaid subscription if compounding was no longer available and they deleted my post. I’m very disappointed in what I initially thought was a good company, but now would not recommend at all. I think they’re struggling with the compounding restrictions and are just planning to ignore customer issues.Business Response

I have had nothing but ongoing issues with this company for the past two weeks. I had placed an order for a refill on my Injections and upon placing it at their checkout it kept kicking it up to six months instead of a four month refill.
I contacted the company to let them know that I paid for the six months but I really wanted the four months and could they please reimburse me for the two months extra they told me they had to cancel the entire order and would send me a new checkout to get the four months .
This never occurred.I have called every single day for the last two weeks. I have text message them every single day and I have proof of all of this each and every person that I communicate with says oh we’re returning this into our IT department oh a supervisor will get back to you owe someone will call you within 24 hours and yet to no avail nobody reaches back out to me.
I have tried making appointments the other portal and there is something wrong with the portal and it keeps sending me messages saying something is wrong or that I am unable to make an appointment
I have not been without the medication for two weeks and still today I was told I had an 11:15 AM appointment via text.Nobody reached out to me and I never received an email. It is now 12:42 PM and still nobody has reached out to me. This has been the absolute worst Customer Service I have ever had.

When I click on the link that was sent to me from the company, IVIM as of yesterday it is completely empty. There is nothing there and nothing happens. This is the Customer Service that I have received from this company for the last two weeks.
