    When I click on the link that was sent to me from the company, IVIM as of yesterday it is completely empty. There is nothing there and nothing happens. This is the Customer Service that I have received from this company for the last two weeks.

This is the customer service that I have received from this company for the last two weeks after sending a complaint through the Better Business Bureau Yesterday and instantly receiving something from IV I'm, Still the link doesn’t even work. It takes me literally to a page where I sign in and then the next page is completely empty and nothing happens.

    I have not been without the medication for two weeks and still today I was told I had an 11:15 AM appointment via text.

    Nobody reached out to me and I never received an email. It is now 12:42 PM and still nobody has reached out to me. This has been the absolute worst Customer Service I have ever had.

If you need to reach me, my number is ###-###-####. Thank you. from her suggested pharmacy... The first shot I took on a lower dose than what I was getting from IVIM I could feel the difference..

    I feel that this company is a scam because every time I've talked to a provider they have told me. Oh no it's just because your body's used to it. You have to readjust and get back up to dose... And when I've tried to cancel I was told I could not cancel until June but now I have sent emails and called and can't get anybody to respond to me

    On 3/18/25 I paid $800 for an order that I had no info on. IVIM is so vague about what your ordering. This whole experience was horrible.

    This was my second time ordering from them. I obviously had more questions about my updated medication. They scheduled me with a "nurse" as they should, but the nurse was in a hurry. She said her camera wasn't working so I could just talk and she'll continue the appt with no video.

    Excuse me!? What kind of service is this? I don't know who was prescribing that medication. She made me feel so uncomfortable and when asked questions she said everything will be sent. I reached out and told them about it through ivim msgs. They offered a new appt. I decided to cancel and they said that its been "filled" which is bs because I had an "able to find status" for two weeks.

    I asked for a refund about 5 more times. I received the med (Which I still have, unopened, untouched and in its foam box). Then they want to charge me $100 to get a refund on med I haven't received (last 3 month).

    Their membership is c*** You get nothing out of it. I learned that the first time around. Trying to get a refund/ trying to speak to someone at customer service has been the only reason I've been on the app. Then they want to charge me after the "free" first month.

    This is one huge scam that I hope someone can fight.

    $800 is a lot for me. I wanted to get back on track for health reasons and now I'm just trying to catch up. I can send back the brand new med. Thinking I'd inject medication prescribed by who knows what "nurse" into my body is beyond wild to me! Let's do better.

    I ordered 6 months worth of medication and they sent me half filled vials that dont have enough of the meds to provide for 4 weeks as they promised. They are impossible to get a hold of and trying to communicate is hard.

    I placed and order with this company for 6 months worth of medicine. What they sent me does not cover the 6 months. At the most it covers 2 months. I have tried to explain how much medicine I am able to get out of each vial, but they go back and tell me Im wrong. I dont know how I can be wrong when I am the one preparing the medicine. I paid not only nearly 900 for six months worth of meds, I also pay a monthly subscription fee of $75.

    The monthly membership is 74.99 and this company has been charging me double each month instead of once. I called and spoke to a representative who assured me that someone would call me to resolve the issue. They have various ways to communicate with them but none of them work.

    Thank you for bringing this situation to our attention. We apologize for the issues the patient has experienced. With selecting a six month programs, patients are required to be a member for those months as you receive the medication up front and/or must remain an active Ivim patient to be treated by our providers. Patients are able to cancel once the final payment is made. In selecting the program, you also agreed to the terms of the membership.

    "By purchasing any 2, 4, or 6 month program, this includes medical visits, consultations and personal health coaching, and you are contractually obligated to pay all remaining fees, including the monthly Ivim membership fee of $74.99, through the ending month of the 2, 4, or 6 month program you purchased."

    Deceptive sales practice. The “program” that IVIM forces people to acquire for the semaglutide prescription is a month-to-month program; with the first month being “free.” It says active until canceled.

    When ordering the prescription, there is no option for 1 month of the GLP-1; there is only the option to pay for three months ($99/month or $297 total) for the prescription. It says NOTHING during this process that by ordering the only option of the semaglutide that you are agreeing to paying for 3 months of the “body program.”

    This is a deceptive sales practice and I will be seeking litigation if this account is not canceled, immediately.

    I recieved my order from this company. The side effects that I am receiving are not worth it. I have terrible cramps, vommiting nausea, diarrhea and constipation. I have tried to contact the company for assistance I’m hoping BBB can help. I am willing to ship the company the medications back and I want to cancel my membership with a refund for what I got. I’ve used these meds before from another company and never experienced side effects like this. I am not going to continue to take the medication. The amount I’m disputing is the $800 for the medication and the 6 month subscription of $74.99 per a month.
