    Was skeptical at first with reasonable prices, but there were no hidden fees or gotchas. The people Ive interacted with have been wonderful and the PA or NP have been terrific.

    I'm an RN and I'm very picky about my medical care. I am very satisfied with IVIM. Their clinicians are professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I'm impressed with how good their nurse practitioners are. **** is good about shipping quickly. And they have nutritional support, an online patient community, and a very good website. I recommend ****!

    I already had 2 meetings with an NP to get started on ********. The first NP on 7/3 said she will send an Rx to ********** ******** and then I waited for my order. It turns out that my insurance covers the medication so I had another meeting with another NP today 7/7 who said she will cancel the current Rx and order with ********** so that she can send the Rx to the pharmacy that I use through my insurance. Then I get an email from a Patient Experience Specialist telling me that I need to contact ********** directly to cancel the order. So I contact them and they tell me that the provider who wrote the ** will need to cancel it. I circle back to the Patient Experience Specialist with screenshots of what the Representative at ********** told me. She now tells me that this is being forwarded to the **/Clinical Team for review. I feel like this is going in circles and Im getting nowhere. This whole process is logistically so convoluted its ridiculous!

    After months of research, I found **** and booked my first visitand it was wonderful! Despite a few setbacks and extra steps, they worked diligently with my insurance to get my prior authorization approved. I started in September 2024, and it only took about a month to get everything moving, which I completely understandinsurance can be a pain.Since then, it's been smooth sailing. I'm officially down 94 lbs!What stood out most is how attentive the staff is. When I had concerns about my dosage, my nurse practitioner and I had a quick chat, and we came up with the best plan for me together. I truly felt heard and supported every step of the way.This has been one of the best decisions I've ever made, and I promise youits worth it.

    Goodluck canceling your membership. They put me into the monthly after I didn't order more meds, so not using their service AT ALL and I have been trying to cancel the membership all month. It's just charged me yet another one today. I was told 4 days ago their billing **** would be contacting me..
