    In the beginning I was all excited to start this shot. But then week 3 I got discouraged and wasnt seeing it right away. Thanks to Nurse Practitioner **** ***** helping me see losing to much to soon isnt good. Ive learned that I didnt put this weight on over night and taking it off wont be like that either. Im on the *********** and Im happy with how my progress is going thanks again Nurse Practitioner **** ***** for your help and insight.

    They started great. Received order with a couple of days. I went forward with the next set and I have not heard from them. They said ***** days. I am on day 16 and have been either no reply backs or the run around how they're going to reach out to the pharmacy. I am disputing the $1,200 charge with my credit card and never ordering from this company. If they're experiencing delays, please just communicate that so we can plan our orders better! Terrible business practice especially when they charge a $75 membership fee. For what?!?

    I paid for a subscription of $75 plus $297 for medication that I HAVE NOT RECEIVED. It has been 16 days now (beyond the 14 day they need from the pharmacy) and NOTHING. I went to cancel my membership for a message to pop up saying I am not eligible to cancel??? SINCE WHEN DO I HAVE TO BE LOCKED IN A MEMBERSHIP THAT I AM NOT FREE TO CANCEL??? Tried reaching out via chat just to get nowhere! Tried calling just to be hung up on! REFUND ME MY MONEY AND CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP I havent even received the injections! I literally paid for NOTHING

    Going on month 4. Have lost 19 pounds so far. Not hungry, get full faster. Nausea was bad at first but I reached out and they prescribed me a medication. The nurse practitioner was super nice and made me feel very relaxed. Would definitely recommend compound *********** shots to anyone who is struggling with weight.

    Honestly, from the very beginning with these people, it was a struggle. It was a struggle to communicate. It was a struggle to receive my medicine. It was a struggle to get absolutely anything done other than they ****** your money in about three seconds flat and then leave you, wondering where the h*** your money went. Their communication is the f****** worst I've ever seen online. The only way you can access. These people is through the crappy email system, which is automated if you try to call them, it will ring and ring and ring and ring and ring and ring and ring and ring then I'll put you on hold then I'll tell you that nobody's available to take your car and disconnect the car if you message them on their email they'll say oh you can call us anytime. No, you cannot. Their communication is lacking. They charge you for a membership fee that you will not be able to utilize. They are fraudulent. They are in breach of contract. They're a lot of legal terminology words that are all negative. I would not Give these people your money I would not go to them ever. I do not know how they have this BBB rating at 4.5 because it should be like a 1.5 you've been warned it's your money.
