Don't use safelite,worst experience I've ever had.they came put glass in an cracked new one,had to wait 11days for another appointment. Which they didn't show up or call,NOTHING,they don't have someone u can can call,an that's the way they f*** ya rnd,an if you cancel u gotta pay a fee,they ****** up,not me,I just wanted my money back so I could go to another glass shop that actually could of done it rite the first ********* was suppose to be here at noon today an he finally gets here at 4:00 pm,an now he's out there playing on his phone instead of putting my glass in....I had to go out there an tell him to put phone down an get my glass done....safelite needs some real glass techs..or they mite wanna go out of business....there a joke,spend ur hard earned money else where......an thanks to *******,the only safelite customer service chick that wasn't *************************** needs to give her a raise.....Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

Wow, wish I would have checked the reviews before booking with Safelite. Terrible service - cancelled on me twice because they didnt have my glass in for my scheduled appointment. That was after I called to ensure they would be ready for my appointment. Dont use this business.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

Had rear window auto glass replacement. They performed it but installed rear rubber stopper for the rear wiper inside the glass. They also did not install rubber gasket. Around the window. They also left glass all over the parking lot where I work.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

I had my windshield replaced through Safelite, and it was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences *** had. The technician showed up late without any updates or communication. Even worse, the small chip in the glasssmaller than a peais still there after the replacement. I expected a new, clean windshield, not one with the same damage I started with.Trying to follow up was just as frustrating. Theres no real customer service linejust an automated system that gets you nowhere. No way to speak to a human or get any meaningful ********* yourself the headache. I wont be using Safelite again.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

I scheduled windshield replacement they showed up with aftermarket junk.I stated I wanted O.E.M so I was told it was 54 dollars more than insurance was paying.I told them thats fine that they could have informed me of this when I scheduled it so they could have the correct windshield.2nd time they came it was raining so they left, ****************************************************************** she was already miles away and could not return.3rd time the tech starts taking everything off to prepare removal of cracked windshield.Comes and knocks on my door to tell me they gave her wrong o.e.m windshield because it wasnt for auto dim mirror or auto de-ice wipers! They left my vehicle with no molding seal! I cancelled there service and contacted another company! Stay away from these hacks who cant even get the correct windshield with the *** number provided to them!Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

Extremely disappointed with our experience at Safelite. We paid $450 out of pocket to have a window replaced after getting a chip, no insurance involved, yet the technician broke the window regulator during installation and management refuses to admit fault. In fact, the response from the Safelite team when we informed them about the regulator malfunctioning, immediately following the repair, was that the regular motor is considered a wear and-tear-part, that we unfortunately are just experiencing very bad luck, and coincidentally, Safelite also provides window regulator replacements for only a few more hundred dollars.Instead of addressing the issue, theyve been dodging us and now tell us they filed a claim through our insurance (which we never used). In addition to the damaged regulator, the door panel was left partially disconnected from the frame, with a large gap. Its still unknown if this is due to the technician(s) lack of attention to proper procedure during the repair and subsequent inspection, not having the knowledge and skills to properly finish the job, or worse, damaged the panel/panel clips during install and did not mention it. This is completely dishonest and unacceptable. Were left with a broken regulator, a driver-side window stuck halfway open, and no accountability. Avoid this place if you want professional service and integrity.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

The work they completed was fine; however 5 months after my replacement, the windshield cracked from top to bottom inside the car and they wouid not replace it. They said someone must have hit the mirror in the car too hard and caused a crack. I am the only person who drives this car. Its a total farce. I will never recommend them to anyone. I had an appointment set for 6/5/25 to have the windshield repaired in my RV. I drove 100 miles round trip to find out that they will not repair the windshield because it is too high off the ground. The technician said that no RV is even supposed to be scheduled to come into the shop. Well, now all appointments have to be scheduled online, which apparently can't differentiate between types of vehicles. I have called the customer care phone number numerous times before and after my appointment with no success. They said online that they don't have mobile service in my area, which is not true. They have been to my house twice this spring to replace a windshield in another vehicle of mine. I wish I could rate them a zero. The location that I had to go to in **********, **. just barely had space to park a half ton pickup, and I'm in a 40ft motorhome and had to park in a car wash parking lot with my rear hanging in the road. This is by far the most frustrating and shows a lack of ignorance, poor customer service and the need to speak with real people when making appointments. Never again will I ever use this company nor recommend them. Considering all of the complaints and negative reviews, you would think a company of this size would not want this type of scar on their company. This deserves a place in the national spotlight, and I can help them out here.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

Such a horrible experience today. The tech came out to look to see if it was a stress crack or from being hit because they replaced my windshield 2 years ago due to being hit by a rock and theres a lifetime warranty on it. Nothing hit my car, i just came out to drive and there it was so figured it would be covered. The first tech was a young kid said let me get my pen and traced along the crack multiple times before saying heres the point. Heres where it was hit. I informed him that it was not hit. He then said well it can happen due to heat and the. It expands. I said then that would be covered under warranty? It wasnt hit. Then he said no it was hit. I said i want another opinion. He walked away upset and said he would get his manager. The manager was even more rude. Sad excuse for a manager. He had no tact and was the least bit professional. He didnt introduce himself from the rip was upset. He said this is where the point of impact is. It was hit then expanded out. I said thats not what he said. He said it was due to heat then ended up saying it was hit here. He said oh yeah actually thats another spot i didnt make it that far. It was has 2 points of impact. I said so youre saying it was hit twice? He said yes. I said it wasnt hit when i drove it. He said oh you dont have to be driving it could be from a mower kicking up rocks. I told him i was just trying to understand and he proceeded to stand on the side of my car and said Ill show you. Starts digging his pen into my windshield down it multiple times so much so that there is now literally 2 pen marks on my windshield crack from him as shown in the photos. I said can you please not dig your pen so hard into my windshield like that. He said Ive worked here 15 years and nothing Im doing will hurt your windshield. I beg to differ as there is already a crack and he definitely messed the glass up more. Regardless thats not how you respond to a customer and you dont act like that.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

We used them a few years ago, and it was flawless. Now they have changed everything to online only, which is a terrible and lazy business model. You cannot speak to any live agent to ask any questions at all (unless you've already ordered service). I will find a local place who actually wants the business! C'mon Safelite...do better.
