      The week after we had our first baby, a giant rock flew off a semi and smacked into our windshield (May 26). I spoke with Safelite and setup a replacement appointment for June 24th, which was the earliest available. The evening of June 23rd, I got a text (no call or email) saying Your Safelite Appointment has been canceled. After reaching out through ******** I find out that they forgot to put my glass on the truck and they would reach back out to reschedule. A week later I reached back out, the lady told me they were still locating my glass (I thought it was just forgotten?). At the time, I asked for a mobile replacement for all the hassle, which she said they could do. After hearing nothing for 2 weeks, I get an email at 6:30pm on July 10th saying Appointment reminder for Safelite for Monday July 11th at 4:00AM. Youre coming to us at:I looked back and got no phone calls, no previous texts or emails, also, 4 AM IN THE MORNING!? After waiting almost 2 months, telling me it will be a mobile repair, at the last second you summon me to your physical location at 4 in the morning. The last time I used Safelite I had to wait a month for a replacement as well, this is the final straw. Absolutely done with this company. Never again.
