    If I understand correctly for you, it's normal to leave my album online, to collect legit royalties and to tell me that I'm not going to collect anything because spotify or apple say so?



    That seems like a meager return to me, knowing that you are paying yourself with my royalties.

    on December 22, I decided to go through the songcast distributor to distribute my music. At first everything went well then overnight I received a warning and I can no longer recover my money. The warning in question just never went away and I'm afraid it's not legal.

    You know, I'm a little artist. I produce during concerts like rave parties. I am well aware that I use the spotify system for royalties. But one thing is certain is that I am within my rights and that my listening comes from my audience, however small it may be.

    If you have any other request, I remain at your disposal. The important thing for me is that you unblock my account, I don't know why spotify suspected me.

    My artists all have various ways of getting play on Apple Music. I have suggested they use these methods. My label does not offer promotion services.

    1. Hand out cards with links to apple music playlists.


    2. Claim your Apple Music for Artists profile.


    3. Create a track preview tweet.


    4. Design badges & icons for your website.


    5. Make an embedded player.


    6. Generate links to your music.


    7. Upload music consistently.


    8. Get playlisted.

    I have been distributing music with this company for a year or so before I was called to duty. Before I left my music was taken down and account was locked due to, the information given was, “Unusual Sales Activity.” I was corresponding with an employee via email whom asked for my ID and a letter stating that I had nothing to do with such accusations. I did what was asked and no answer. I am now back home and proceeded to follow up with them only to be ignored for 2 weeks straight. The message board says they will respond in 5 hours. It has now been 14 days. For someone who has paid money for their services, it is a true slap in the face to have to go through this type of neglect. I only want my account unlocked so I can receive the royalties that I’ve earned.

    You stated that in the initial email before I left and asked me to send you proof of identity etc. I had no such doings of any fraud with ***** or any other platform’s. I contacted SOUNDCLOUD and they said the payments was already sent to songcast. So that mean song cast been holding my money. I want my money now I dont want to hear no excuses.
