    Good morning,
    I'm contacting you because I'm having a problem with Songcast.
    I chose this distributor and committed to it.
    However, without messages or reasons, I had my funds earned through my music blocked.
    Money withdrawal refused and no more access to my royalties.
    Where this poses a problem for me is that songcast does not respond and gives no explanation.
    I am little known and spend a budget at my own expense on my networks in order to gain popularity.
    This money I have to recover through these royalties.
    I am therefore blocked in my growth as an artist without this money.
    Especially since no message or warning?
    Songcast is stealing money from these artists?

    First of all I am surprised by so many accusations.
    You are talking about false eavesdropping, however I have not paid for any service, nor even influenced it via the networks because I was strongly advised against it. Advice I followed.
    My music plays in the gym where I coach partly via their paid Spotify accounts, well from what I know.
    I don't see that many views, what are you basing this on?
    What about my condition and my rights as an artist? I got involved with Songcast because I liked their business approach.
    However I create music and am not responsible for each person's listening style.
    I can attest on my honor to the truth of my words. And finds it audacious to block access to remuneration honestly earned following hard work on my part.
    A contract was signed, monthly subscriptions were taken.
    No warning telling me this was sent to me. I am deprived of his justly earned income.

    I recently received almost 300k in ******* streams and songcast and when it was time for me to receive royalties songcast immediately made claims that my streams was fake without proof. I made songcast aware that an investigation is happening and Iwanted to have any royalties transferred to me. They told me that I must pay for their services again in order to have access to my royalties which I refuse to pay for unprofessional terrible service to me that is extortion. One of their workers took it upon themselves to take my music down because once this is done it will become harder if not impossible to track my claims. I did not once tell them to take my music down this I believe is done out of spite. This service is extremely unprofessional and the still have not mentioned my owed royalties I guess they figure if my music is removed they can dodge and deny my claims.

     I am rejecting this response because: Attached is a copy of the email where songcast made their own conclusion to take my music down. I was sending them multiple emails notifying them that I was in contact with the promotion company making them aware of the claims made against them by songcast. I also was in contact with ******* to get confirmation of these statements and claims since songcast placed the burden on *******. This concerns my music my passion and claims and actions such as these warrant action and accountability. Songcast refused to allow me access to the royalty section of my account without payment after the claims , I than explained to them after multiple emails with limited to no response from songcast I made them aware that I was dissatisfied with their actions and I was not paying them anymore for that type of service and plan to use another distribution  service in that case. Until these issues was resolved they disregarded the issue at hand , the emails of me informing them and used the one email where after multiple attempts to have them comply I finally told them I was not paying them anymore. Therefore the company claim that “fake Spins” was the reason my music was taken down is invalid, one of the above attachments confirms this, and the reason all this has taken place is because songcast was basically attempting to force me to continue payments to them or have no access to the royalty section of my account while I was attempting to get confirmation and a resolution for these very serious claims in reference to my work. After trying to send the attachments they are to large so I will be sending them in another fashion.

     I am rejecting this response because: The respondent has a totally different response now. I have been attempting to contact them in reference to proving their very serious allegations as well as informing them that I was in contact with the promotion company and they was supposedly investigating the issue. I also informed them that I was not paying for further services until they prove the claims or deposit my royalties, and due to the investigation I needed to view my royalties for held deposits or if I decided to withdraw. They kept telling me I had to pay in order to have access to that part of my account.
