We have used Kirkwood Heating and Cooling for over 20 years. We have always had courteous and professional service from them from installations to the annual service checks. Recently, they replaced our a/c unit and, as expected, the installers were very informative, knowledgeable and professional.

They worked within our specified budget to identify suitable solutions. We were impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of every team member we encountered. From the initial visit scoping the requirement in replacing my 40 year old cooling system, to the pricing, administration and the install, every member of staff was professional, informed and helpful. In the preceding 2 years I had canvassed several quotations, with widely varying recommendations on need and price, but Kirkwood immediately saw the options and potential solutions to problems, offering pro's and cons, often before I asked. This was not typical with all. The price seemed fair and was solidly within budget, and I managed to achieve an additional function, not previously scoped.
They had come to me upon local recommendation, and I too would now highly recommend.Kirkwood Heating and Cooling

Kirkwood Heating & Cooling came in when we were in a desperate situation. Our regular HVAC company was unresponsive, and we'd been without AC for a week+ in 90-100F heat. Kirkwood came out the next day, gave us a same-day estimate, came up with a creative, temporary fix that got us partial cooling, and had the new unit installed two days later. The onsite team was professional and a lot of fun to have around (but still respectful of my teleworking needs). They stayed until we could be absolutely sure the new unit was working properly with our finicky thermostat and answered my questions about future services with zero sales pressure. We felt so well-cared for. A neighbor recommended them to us, and now we know why. Kirkwood is our new go-to HVAC provider.Kirkwood Heating and Cooling

This small family business has provided extraordinary service for my HVAC systems for many years. Their sales consultants and service team(s) provide timely, knowledgeable information and personal attention to their customers' needs. We just had to replace an aged-out air conditioner with a new-technology unit. This operation was scheduled and successfully completed in less than a week, at a reasonable cost, to our complete satisfaction. Kirkwood hearing and cooling did a great job all around with my services. They were able to send out a technician and diagnose my AC quickly. After discussing all the repair options, we came to the conclusion that replacement was the best option. The owner came out the same day to do an evaluation and talk with us about what we wanted out of the new system. They helped get an electrician out to update my electrical system and had the new Heat pump system installed within a week (even on a holiday week). During the installation the workers were very nice and respected my home. After everything was done the team walked me through while system and made sure I had all my questions answered.
