We had the BEST experience with Kirkwood Heating & Cooling. Our bill was extremely high for one month of heat, then the weather changed and we turned on our AC only to find that we had no cool air. The technician came out and found that our reversing valve was bad and so were a few other things with our old units. Needless to say, it was time to bite the bullet and replace all of it (AC, heat pump, furnace). Every single person we dealt with was absolutely amazing (Brad, Susan, Brandon, Jacob, Chuck, Doug)!! That is almost impossible and unheard of to find with any business/company. We didn't have to do any cleaning when they left because they covered stuff and cleaned everything up when they were done. All of the work done was so clean/crisp and looks so much better than our old units. We will continue to use Kirkwood Heating & Cooling for all of our future needs for as long as they are in business! If we could give them higher than a 5 then we would! (We also put in an air purifier and love it). Thank you and don't ever quit the business!

They worked with us as we moved forward in making our decision to replace and gave us multiple options to keep things as affordable as needed. My wife and I have depended on Kirkwood Heating and Cooling for over 30 years. That's why, when our air handler started leaking on the floor, we called them to locate and fix the problem. It was time for the heat pump HVAC system they installed for us almost 20 years ago to be replaced. We did not hesitate long in deciding to stick with them to do the work. Brad Kirkwood worked with us and did a nice job keeping in touch and getting a new system planned, ordered, installed and running in time for some really hot days approaching. The time from their first visit to done and running was only less than six days. I think that's pretty good these days. The men on the job were all well dressed, courteous and friendly. We've had 2 Hvac systems installed by Kirkwood Heating and Cooling. Both times, the experiences were phenomenal. Brad, Susan, and their crew were always friendly, courteous, on-time, and clearly communicated with us every step of the way. Brad was very knowledgeable with the type of Hvac system we needed and the price was better than other companies we contacted. When our furnace quit working, Kirkwood was recommended to us. They came out and assessed the work, giving us options. No pressure was put on us on what to purchase. We purchased an air conditioner along with the furnace since they were the same age. Kirkwood's team came the very next day since both units were in stock and did both installations. They were very professional and friendly, explaining everything that was done. Their workmanship was excellent.
