Susan, Brad, Jacob, and crew are the best. From start to finish communication was clear. Arrived when they said they would and their work is exceptional. I had an old gravity furnace and duct that needed to be replaced. They explained everything to me and their price is fair. They installed a quality Lennox furnace and they made a stressful situation tolerable! I am so happy I found Kirkwood, they have a customer for life.

I used Kirkwood several years ago to replace my furnace, so when my AC went out this summer they were at the top of my list for an estimate. I called them on Friday morning and they went out of their way to get me the estimate that day and arranged for installation on Monday. 5 starsKirkwood has done several jobs for us and each time they have been very professional, have arrived on time and always work neat and clean. Each time their response time has been exceptional and very much appreciated. I strongly recommend them for any furnace and a/c work, from installation to repair work. They are just great.
